Before accepting a property into our program we need to evaluate it to ensure it meets our requirements. We will conduct financial projections, an inspection, and a design assessment before being able to determine if it’s a good match. The management fee is 20% revenue share. This full management plan can produce returns up to 10X higher than traditional property rental strategies.

  • Supplied by us on a rental basis and Bundled Into the Cleaning and Laundry fee for Simplicity and to avoid the need to purchase them for the home (paid by guests and bundled in cleaning fee)

• Technology Fee $110 /month per property and tax remittance

  • Technology bundle required to best rank, position, report and optimize the listing(s). Tax remittance service.

• Linen Program Fee $20 /month

  • This includes linens for the property and incidentals related to their use

• One-Time Property Onboarding Fee $900

  • This includes visits to the property, punch list and inspection, listing creation, communication setup, check-in and check-out setup, signage setup, reservation system onboarding, Platform listing creation, State licensing & tax registration. In-home materials and NFPA-10 Fire Extinguisher as required by law are also included.

Desktop Vacation Rental Management Program

This plan is perfect if you would like to maximize the revenue generated by your property. Host & Keep will manage your listings across multiple short-term property rental platforms. We only ever get paid if your property generates revenue. The desktop plan can produce returns up to 3X higher than traditional property rental strategies. The management fee is a 15% revenue share.
