Let’s get started! So you’re looking to invest in a short-term rental. Well, there is a broad variety of properties to choose from; all unique and convenient in their own way.

The Club at Brickell Bay

Known for a luxurious waterfront view, The Club is located at the core of the booming Brickell district. It is conveniently located near renown areas like Brickell Key, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, South Beach, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables. The spot offers a residential lifestyle with a nearby financial district, inciting a spectacular work-life environment. Midblock 

A breath of fresh air from high-rise buildings, the 11 floor high Midblock is at the heart of Downtown Miami. Its one to two bedroom apartments are hosted by cantilevered walls and enhanced by the building's diverse amenities, like a state of the art fitness center and a rooftop pool. What makes Midblock special is the vibrant city life surrounding it, with shops, pedestrian friendly streets, and greenmarkets just downstairs.

The Emilia

A beautiful boutique building, at the center of Edgewater-Miami, near to Midtown and Wynwood's wonderful locations. It is a growing neighborhood, with innovative residential developments popping up and a variety of entertainment options nearby. The Emilia includes private parking spots located in the first and second floors and all units are designed using high-quality materials in a functional, modern, and luring Italian style.

Icon Brickell

Hosting the most famous plunging pool of Miami, Icon Brickell is host to some of Miami’s best parties. Residents of the building can enjoy the cabana-filled pool and dance to DJ’s every weekend. Iconic not only for its vibrant life but also for its unique architecture, the building is considered a landmark, designed by famous designer Stark. One-to-five bedroom riverfront condos are available for sale with access to best-in-class amenities, including a private theater, large gym, pilates and spinning facilities and saunas.

Fontainebleau Trésor

Located in Miami Beach’s Mid Beach neighborhood, this 36-floor tower has, not only the beautiful beach, but also landmarks like Art Deco Historic District and the Vizcaya Museum and Garden nearby. Conrad Mayfield

Standing 36 stories high, The Conrad Miami Condo Hotel is located on the east side of Brickell village and within walking distance from Brickell City Center and Brickell’s exciting nightlife. The building features private balconies overlooking the city skyline and the Atlantic. Its one to three bedroom homes have high ceilings, hardwood and tile flooring, large windows, and marble countertops. Amenities include but are definitely not limited to a swimming pool and sun deck, in-house  maintenance team, and dining options.

 Canvas 

A beautiful 37-story building, Canvas features the Downtown Miami skyline through its glass exterior. At a short distance from Miami Design District, Brickell, South Beach, it has countless shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. Canvas stands out through its extraordinary amenities, with a sun rise pool, sun deck area, 24-hour valet parking, and yoga garden.

Paraiso Bay Views 

In the growing Edgewater Miami district, Paraiso Bay Views is known for beautiful balcony views. At the edge of Biscayne Bay, the building has numerous restaurants, shops, and businesses steps away.
