We had a great stay! The location was convenient for our visit and Vincent was excellent with communication. He was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated how accommodating he was. The beds were comfortable, the office space came in handy, and even the beach towels were a nice extra. Vincent’s place is a good value, and we’d stay here again!

We had a great stay! The location was convenient for our visit and Vincent was excellent with communication. He was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated how accommodating he was. Vincent was very attentive. The location isn't particularly close to much, but the house is very nice. I didn't really like the ventilation, as the airflow was directed right at the beds while sleeping.

Lovely home. Caroline and Vincent were great hosts, keeping in touch, giving local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Vincent and Caroline were so helpful! Not one message was sent without an instant reply. He made us feel right at home- and made sure we were comfortable all weekend long. The house was just like the photos and very cozy!

I have stayed at many Airbnbs and never had this bad of an experience.
Minor things: the living room is not as pictured. House is cute but it's two different rental properties so you don't have the whole house (the other tenants knocked on our window late at night). Weird layout w/ 3rd bedroom off the 2nd bedroom+ kitchen. It was dusty but none of this would have led to my bad review.
Entering the place, the HVAC was loud and blasting- it was musty and smelled AWFUL. Mold was on the ceiling and dampness around the vents. My daughter who has asthma was having trouble breathing, it was a real problem. Caroline apologized,said she'd send cleaners-but it was more the must/mold not dirt. We couldn't find another place to stay so slept there and after an awful night, had to leave the house for our health/safety. Caroline apologized and said she'd support us getting a prorated refund for the nights we didn't stay -- but then refused when Airbnb contacted them. Do not stay here.

The home was very clean. It is close to everything all of the day and evening sites and activities. You can also walk to various locations. It’s close to The University of Miami. He was very responsive and takes pride in his home and making sure the guests are comfortable.

Communication with Vincent was great and he was very attentive. Had local recommendations and responded very quickly. The location was very close to every place we wanted to be. Very close to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens as well as short driving distances to Downtown Miami, Brickell and Wynwood.

Positive:
About 15 minutes from Miami downtown. A 20 minute walk gets to a metro station that’s not too much money for a trip towards downtown. From there it’s free to downtown.

Only slept there while in town for work. Clean and comfy. The HVAC sounds like a Jet taking off. If you are a light sleeper it will wake you up. It's also a Shared whole house. More of an apartment.

This was a great place to stay for our long weekend! Quiet neighborhood that makes it feel peaceful for how close you are to everything. The host was super responsive and gave ultra clear instructions on everything! Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place n over New Year’s! The space was very large, smelled amazing, and the snacks were such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable for our group.nnThe only small note is that a slightly bigger couch would have made it easier for all five of us to sit together, but overall it was a fantastic stay and we would happily return. 🙂

Despite the tag "entire home" this is actually unit 1 of a "multi-family building" (host's words after checking in). The property is a single structure with two other units, all connected together from a renovated single family home into the "multi-family building." You will be staying in the largest of the three with shared washer and dryer on back porch of unit 3.
Apart from this discrepancy, the unit was clean and otherwise as advertised inside. The space comfortably held four occupants. It is convenient to Coconut Grove and the neighborhood was quiet.

The property owner responded very quickly. Easy communication.. location was fine. Kitchen was in good shape.
Negative:
Living room furniture need a refresh. There was just a setee. Mattress was very lumpy.. walls weren’t in OK shape. Not worth the money.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — we came during Art Basel weekend and it was only about a 15-minute drive to Wynwood, where we spent most of our time. Super convenient and easy to get around.
The host was truly amazing and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.
The only thing to note is that there’s just one bathroom, which made it a little challenging for three girls trying to get ready at the same time. But honestly, outside of that, everything was great.
Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again. The location, the hospitality, and the overall experience were all amazing. Highly recommend!

Our host was amazing. We love the neighborhood and it is close to Coral Gables and the Grove. The host was super responsive, provided recommendations for coffee and restaurants and was super flexible.

La casa está bien ubicada para moverse en la zona de Coral Gables y Coconut Grove, en una calle muy tranquila. Es una casa amplia y cómoda y dispone de lo necesario para ser disfrutada por familia o amigos.

Spacious 3 bedroom in perfect location to attend our son's UM graduation. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of comfortable space. Walkable neighborhood, went into the Gables every morning for coffee/tea/bagels. Vincent was very responsive and included fantastic dinner options for our entire group.

Très agréable séjour. Maison confortable, bien située dans un quartier calme, à 5 min en voiture ou 20 min à pied de cocowalk.
Bonne isolation avec l’autre partie de la maison: nous n’avons pas entendu la famille qui louait la partie arrière.
Climatisation un peu bruyante (mais a priori c’est comme ça dans les anciennes constructions). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande cet endroit.

The place is located in a quiet street. A target is about a 4 min drive from there. There was an extra small room (like a small office) that was not in the pictures. This little room was perfect for our 2 year old son and the bed we brought him. They did have a playpen inside a new box but we didn’t use it as we brought our own. The host was very active and with communication. Our family was 6 adults and a 2 year old and we felt pleased with the space and accommodations.

Had a great stay! Safe, quiet neighborhood a short drive from food, water, and night life. Vincent was very responsive to our messages and flexible with check in. The unit fit our basic needs and was worth the price paid. Only issue we had is there were no wash cloths or hand towels so bring those in your luggage. Overall, we had a great stay and loved our time in Miami!

A good point about the house: the location is convenient, just 6 minutes away from UM, Coconut Grove...
BUT ... The air conditioning is soooo noisy that you can't sleep without turning it off (impossible in Miami) or using ear plugs, what we did. The rooms do not have much space to put your stuff (clothes, books, watches, etc), the beds are too soft and sagging when you are 2, the bed light was not plugged when we arrived and it was almost impossible to reach the outlet that was on the floor in a handful of dust behind that huge bed, the coffee machine did not work but the owner was very responsive and we got a new one the next day, there were no tea towels in the kitchen, one of the seats in the sitting area was broken, there were no face cloths in the bathroom and really no space to put our stuff, the drain got clogged so we cleaned it ...
To sum it up, it was disappointing considering what we paid for our 4-night stay, and it showed that the owner does not pay attention to the quality, the comfort and the details.

We did enjoy our stay at this home. However, there were several roaches and bugs. I had to put all my food in the fridge. I was a let down to Find out that the washer and dryer were outside the unit all the way to the back. In addition, another improvement that can be made is to have a broom and a dustpan available so that if messes are made, they can be cleaned up. I did purchase a broom and dustpan and left it in the unit. But this is something that should be in the unit.
The neighbors were absolutely fantastic and the communication with the owner was impeccable.

El apartamento de vincent es tal cual se ve en las fotos, bastante amplio y muy cómodo.
todo funcionaba perfectamente.
La razón por la que no le doy las 5 estrellas es porque habian cucarachas en la zona de cocina.
imaginamos que en otra época del año, este seria el alojamiento perfecto.

Great location. The house was nicely decorated. We had a small issue with the shower and kitchen, which Vincent responded to immediately and fixed to the best of his ability. We were grateful to have such a helpful host.
