Ao chegar no local, só ficamos um pouco confusos porque ao redor do prédio tem muitas lojas, mas logo nos encontramos, não houve problema.
O check in é prático, feito rapidamente na recepção.
Academia atende com maquinário bom.
Piscina parecia ótima, não usamos.
O apartamento tem uma localização excelente demais ! Tem absolutamente tudo perto. O lugar era bem limpo, não tivemos imprevistos, tem todos os utensílios necessários, roupas de cama, máquina de lavar e secar, tudo funcionando perfeitamente.
Apenas uns detalhes, o vaso sanitário estava fazendo barulho como se estivesse um pouco frouxo e o alarme do prédio acionou por 03 vezes durante nossa estadia porque alguma loja próxima faz a limpeza gera fumaça e o alarme toca de madrugada assustando a gente. Mas isso é algo que não tem como a anfitriã mudar.
Eu super voltaria e recomendo com toda certeza. Vale a pena demais!
Até pra manter a limpeza do lugar foi prático porque foi deixado utensílios pra isso.

Caroline’s place is a wonderful haven in a vibrant part of Miami. It’s very clean with comfortable furniture and bed, adequate kitchen appliances and in a very secure, well maintained building. Communication which Caroline was always prompt, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

The garage access and check-out process is complicated. After leaving the garage, you have to return to the apartment to drop off your keycard and keys, so you have to leave your car in a public parking lot (almost impossible), return to the apartment, and then return to your car. This is archaic and not adapted to the realities of Miami. An additional 50 condo fee is charged upon check-in, which is comparable to Valley parking in other buildings.

Oh man, I could’ve stayed there for a month. The neighborhood is fun with lots of restaurants, safe at all hours, and the apartment is cute yet roomy, well appointed, and you see the sunset every night through a whole wall of windows in the living room.

Pros:
Great Midtown location with easy access to restaurants, shops, Target, and Trader Joe’s. I’ve stayed in this building before and it’s very convenient. The apartment was nicely furnished and looked clean and tidy on arrival. The host was communicative and pleasant to interact with.
Cons:
The bathroom, especially the shower area, could have been cleaner. The bed was quite squeaky, which affected sleep comfort. The towels appeared to have once been white but looked discolored, as if washed with darker or blue items. Only starter supplies (toilet paper and laundry detergent) were provided and lasted about two days, which was unexpected for a 7-day stay. The host did clearly communicate this policy and was kind about it, but future guests may want to plan ahead.
Overall:
A comfortable and well-located stay with a responsive host, though improved cleaning, refreshed linens, and fuller supplies would make the experience better.

Apartment is beautiful - looks exactly like the photos. Extremely clean. Caroline was super responsive and helpful. Checking in at the front desk was a little tricky, but staff were helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Miami Beach area.

Carolyn is an excellent host, consistently attentive and responsive. The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Miami.

I really enjoyed my stay. The building felt very safe, and Caroline was always responsive and easy to reach. Just a quick note for anyone staying longer term, the place was stocked for short stays, so you may want to plan to pick up things like toilet paper, dishwashing pods, and laundry detergent. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I appreciate the great communication.

I had such a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like the welcome snacks and local recommendations. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Caroline is a great host! Very responsive, she usually replies right away. Check-in was super easy, and having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus. The location is fantastic, with plenty of coffee shops, gyms, and a Trader Joe’s nearby. The place was comfortable and convenient, I’d definitely stay again. Thank you, Caroline!

This is a lovely apartment in the perfect location. Clean, well laid out, comfortable bed and an amazing shower! There are so many fantastic restaurants in Midtown and The Design District and all in walking distance. Communication was great and check in and out very easy. We’ll definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Miami!

Perfect location for our longer stay - the building has pied-à-terre access to Trader Joes, Target, Starbucks & lots of restaurants and shops! The apartment was pet friendly, so our stay felt very residential and much like home. The staff at the front desk are great and we were happy to have access to the gym and pool. The host & owner of the unit were super responsive when we had a mishap with the AC, and made sure we were quickly squared away.

Caroline’s place was probably my favorite place in Miami that I’ve ever stayed. It was exactly what was advertised. The host was responsive and it felt like home. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Miami.

Nos cobraron 100$ porque nos dijeron que el gimnasio y la piscina valían eso y que no estaba incluido en el precio, aunque no los íbamos a usar era OBLIGATORIO pagarlo. La cama muy blanda e incómoda, el baño muy viejo y la ventana del cuarto NO se puede abrir para ventilar.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Caroline checked in with us shortly after our arrival and was very thorough in communication.
Pros:
Location in midtown was great! Upper scale area with so many restaurants within walking distance. We planned several activities in Wynwood, and it was an easy 20-25 minute walk.
Kitchen was stocked enough for basic cooking needs--a couple pans, a couple large knives, can opener, etc., plus basic dishes and utensils.
Cons:
The beds were so uncomfortable. The bedroom bed dips in the middle and creaks every time someone moves. The living room bed is much more comfortable, but unfortunately it slants down toward the couch. A bit of a headrush, but a simple enough fix to sleep with your head at the foot end.
Two of the bath towels we were provided had hair embedded in them. They were definitely clean, so I think it's probably just that they need tossed.
Living room was so bright overnight from surrounding city lights. Definitely bring an eye mask!

Good location, situated in midtown Miami. Walking distance to wynwood( it’s .5-.7 of a mile away, but be careful if planning on walking there at night)

Good fast reliable WiFi internet connection.
Large Smart TV. Great secure location, need keycard to enter at all times. Very Close to a lot of great food within a short radius of the stay.
Not far from south beach/downtown miami.
Indoor hammock to chill and watch TV/Watch a bit of the sunset.
Negative:
Only 2 Cons were the photos of the view are obscured, see posted photos for actual view.
There’s another portion of the complex directly in front of you. Part of its roof is visible. You can still enjoy/see a city view, you are pointed toward MIA int airport you can see the moon rise and sun set in the background still very nice. But this should be clearly depicted so guests know.
A Minor toilet issue where it won’t stop flowing after flush. We had to open the top deck to access the flapping drainage cover, reseat it on the left side and it will stop…

Location is outstanding with so much nearby. It was very clean and well appointed. Concierge staff was super nice. Loved being up high and being able to look out from the balcony. Kitchen had almost all I needed.
Negative:
The early check in process was not clear and messaging via the app was difficult. The bed was VERY squeaky which is fine by myself but if I had a partner, I wouldn’t have been thrilled. The toilet had problems flushing which was annoying but I dealt with it. Otherwise a really great stay. As for the price - I think all the added taxes and fees threw me a bit. Original pricing as advertised was much lower. But I had a kitchen where I could cook so I appreciated that.

Très bon emplacement, l’appartement de Caroline est situé dans le quartier de midtown entre Wynwood Walls (15 minutes à pied) et Design District (10 minutes à pied). L’accès à Miami Beach est de 15 minutes en voiture. Au pied de l’immeuble, nous avons trouvé de nombreux restaurants et le magasin Trader Joe pour l’alimentation. C’est un quartier animé très agréable le soir après une journée de visite. L’accès au parking de Caroline est facile et très pratique à Miami. L’appartement est bien décoré, calme, situé au 7ème étage, la terrasse donne sur des appartements au 6ème mais la vue reste dégagée sans vis-à-vis direct, nous avons profité de la terrasse le soir. Nous n’avons pas été à la piscine sur le toit. La communication avec Caroline est facile, elle a répondu très rapidement à nos questions. Nous recommandons le logement chez Caroline.

I was not registered at the entrance when I arrived and it took me one hour to get in. I tried to leave my luggage for one hour at the lobby when I left and they wanted to charge me 50 dollars. There is no wifi at the pool and at the gym. The gym is very old.

El ingreso al edificio fue una experiencia muy desagradable, la persona que nos recibió totalmente displicente no nos dio la información completa, nos afirmo que no teníamos parqueadero y nos vimos obligados a perder mucho tiempo buscando donde ubicar el vehículo cuando Si habíamos realizado reserva con parqueadero. Nos cargaron USD$50 a la tarjeta de crédito por persona los cuales nos reintegrarían siete días hábiles luego del check out y ya ha pasado ese tiempo y no han realizado el reintegro.

After a horrible Airbnb experience, Caroline was able to accommodate me with same day reservations. She communicated well. The pictures match the room perfectly. Due to the weather we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities but the pool area is really nice and relaxing. I would definitely book again. Thank you Caroline.

Caroline’s Palm Place is exactly as listed. As many has already said, the location is excellent with everything within walkable distance. Design District is less than 10 mins walk and south beach is only 15 mins on cars. The front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend it.

Caroline’s Miami spot was the best choice we made when booking. The location was close/a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go while we were in town with the longest Uber ride being 15 minutes in comparison to everything else being less than a 10 minute drive if needed.
The street of the property is filled with so many spots to eat, drink, and get groceries. The balcony and pool were great escapes which added to our relaxation and fun. We felt safe at the property and in the neighborhood which totally goes along way when staying out of town.
The Wi-Fi in the bedroom was a bit spotty but it was the least of our worries with how great the property was. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also very clutch. We would definitely recommend this listing to others and stay here again!

Very nice place and exactly as described. Location is central to lots of restaurants and other shops. Lots of amenities and secure. Nice to have free parking although a process to get into parking lot and also checking out, especially if doing solo.

Caroline’s place actually looked better and larger than the photos. The place was very clean, accommodating and the location is quite perfect to get to all the neighborhoods on this side of the water. I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend!

- there is no a table for lunch/dinner, only some chairs around the counter - if you expect guests better a standing buffet;
- some foodstuff in the pantry were expired, look at the best before date before using.

Great stay! In the middle of the area, lots of to walk too or take a short drive. Since it is a condo and not a hotel, they are very strict about guest so be advised. The rooms were clean, front desk was very helpful and the host were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We gave the Palm a 4 instead of a 5 because the sofa, which is a sofa bed, was very uncomfortable to sit on. We didn’t open out the bed. The seat cushions didn’t offer any support. The bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable either. This may not matter to some but to us it was important. After spending very active days around town, it would have nice to be able to sit or lie down to relax. If you have back issues the weak sofa cushions could present an issue.
The building’s location is excellent and in walking distance of many great restaurants, shopping and sights. Both Host and Keep and the building staff were excellent. They were friendly and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt, I would certainly recommend and even return to the Palm Place. This unit was in the ideal location and equipped with all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Palm Place is in walking distance to many restaurants, sites, stores and bars. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit and stay for my first time in Miami. Just do it!

Without a doubt, I would certainly recommend and even return to the Palm Place. This unit was in the ideal location and equipped with all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Miami, in such a good area with lots of restaurants and things to do. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

The place was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable, we spent every afternoon at the pool during our stay. The location is very centric and super close to restaurants and shopping centers. Would definitely book again!

Caroline’s space was very comfortable and EXTREMELY clean! Everything I needed in order to function comfortably as if I was home was ready and available! My family and I were accommodated well. BOOK Caroline guys you will not regret it!!!!

Spotless and gleaming, cool and airy, this awesome retreat in the middle of a great neighborhood was a delight to come back to each day. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony (when it cooled down a bit in the evening), and slept like a baby in the dark bedroom (LOVED the extra black-out shade) with comfy bed. So many great restaurants within walking distance, and the parking spot is a welcome bonus in such a busy area. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Caroline's airbnb! It was gorgeous, it was clean, well stocked and the location was perfect! We did get off to a slow start with Check in because our names weren't registered with the building and then the parking card didn't work. But once we contacted Caroline and Spencer everything was worked out quickly. They really do answer any questions we have promptly. Overall, everything was exactly how it was described and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning!!
