Loved Vincent’s place, just as described. Very clean and the location was excellent. Highly recommend. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Fantastic stay in downtown Miami! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near Kaseya Center, restaurants, and nightlife. It was easy to get around, and the space had everything we needed for a great trip. We loved that the apartment had a Brita filter and extra bedding/linens. The building had great amenities as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Vincent was a very responsive host and gave us recommendations for local taco spots. He was extremely friendly and I would 100% recommend this apartment. The facilities were as described and the apartment was very clean. We were provided with towels, kitchen equipment and bathroom amenities. The building was lively with lots of friendly guests/residents. The location was approximately 10-15 mins drive away from all restaurants and bars we visited and there was a couple of supermarkets around 7 mins drive away.

Had an amazing stay at this downtown Miami Airbnb! Vincent was a great host very responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The best part was being on the 17th floor with absolutely amazing views, especially at night. Waking up and seeing the city skyline was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami !

Vincent was very responsive and checked in on us throughout the stay to ensure we had things to do and truly experience the city. When we couldn’t check in early, Vincent even offered some suggestions where we could leave our bags so that we did not have to waste the day. Overall, the building, amenities, and home were all wonderful. Would definitely rebook with Vincent!

Vincent has done a fantastic job of capturing both the Miami high-level experience while helping travels maintain an intimate and authentic sense of home!
Vincent’s Airbnb is phenomenal! The internal and external amenities are top-tier and the building itself is a few months old and still has that fresh feel!!!
As a host Vincent is accessible, available, approachable, and affable!!! Whether it be tourist attractions, Great Restaurants to try, Convenient Shops, or even beach recommendations Vincent not had the right answer he had a plethora of options for you!!!!

I stayed at Vincent’s place for two weeks and really enjoyed my stay. Vincent was responsive, and the apartment complex was very nice. The complex has a great gym as well as other amenities like a sauna, pool, basketball court, and more. It also has reliable Wi-Fi, and I was able to work remotely from his place with no issues.
The only downside was that the apartment is in an area with heavy construction, which usually starts early in the morning and can get a little noisy. Aside from that, the place was great and I would definitely stay again.

For a week-long vacation or remote work, this place is fantastic. The building looks brand new and clearly well cared for. Amenities are top-notch: a pool deck, rooftop spa and lounge, a business level with a conference room, and an excellent gym. The location is also a big plus—about a 10-minute walk to Bayside—and the parking garage makes everything even easier.
If you’re reading this and considering staying here, please treat the unit with respect so others can enjoy it as much as I did. Vincent, thank you—and keep up the great work as a hosting landlord.
