Please feel free to take them down to the shore and enjoy your beach day

Guests may purchase a Resort Day Pass or book a spa treatment for access:

Monday–Thursday: $179 per guest, per day
Friday–Sunday: $199 per guest, per day
Guests who book a spa treatment receive access to the fitness center, pools, and thermal amenities for the day. Weekend spa appointments (Friday–Sunday) require an additional $40 per guest amenity fee.

Please note the included valet parking is for up to 1 vehicle and there are rules and regulations that restrict certain vehicle types such as motorcycles, specialty vehicles such as sling shots, or lifted vehicles above the height maximum of the garage.

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Expect tropical conditions with diverse local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

SPA, AMENITIES AND FITNESS CENTER ACCESS:
Your stay includes complimentary beach access only. Please note that the Carillon's renowned 70,000 sq. ft. thermal spa, oceanfront pools, and fitness center are not included with this reservation and are operated independently by the resort. Guests who wish to enjoy these amenities may purchase a day pass directly through the Carillon or book a spa treatment, which may include access to select facilities.

One of the advantages of staying in our privately managed residence is flexibility. Our nightly rates are typically significantly lower than booking directly through the hotel, allowing you to choose if and when you'd like to purchase resort access rather than paying for amenities you may not use every day. It's a more personalized, cost-effective way to experience the Carillon while enjoying the privacy and comfort of a luxury residence.
