We had an amazing stay and would definitely give this place 5 stars! The apartment was spotless when we arrived, which made a wonderful first impression. The host was incredibly kind and always responded to our questions quickly. The apartment was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the view was fantastic, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This place is right in the heart of midtown Miami. Walking distance to great shops, groceries, and multiple restaurants options. Although when we arrived the AC unit had difficulties cooling, eventually with the help of Caroline it worked. Overall the apartment itself and the amenities were very nice and would definitely stay again!

Highly recommended! We stayed 8 nights in Caroline’s apartment and loved it. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shopping options right nearby. Plus, the free trolley bus stops right outside the door and took us straight to Brickell. The highway is also just a few minutes away. The pool on the 5th floor was great for cooling off. Everything went smoothly with the parking. We were there with our son, and the playground right across the street was perfect for him. Communication with our host, Caroline, was also very pleasant, and she responded quickly. We highly recommend this accommodation and would book it again anytime. Thanks Caroline

Great spot to stay for a night! Lots of restaurants and shops, very walkable neighborhood. The host is lovely and the staff at the building were so helpful and kind. Would stay here again for sure.

Carolina’s place was absolutely beautiful. The space was spotless, filled with beautiful natural light, and located close to great local restaurants and Trader Joe’s, which made everything very convenient. It was the perfect getaway and a great reset for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend staying at Caroline's place in Miami! Perfectly located and walkable in the midtown area, by Trader Joe's, Target, plenty of coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured and had everything needed. It was a very cold week during my stay so did not get to take advantage of the pool, but it looked nice. Caroline was also very responsive.

Loved to stay 5 days (work/leisure) in this beautiful, spacious, comfy and quaint apartment in Midtown Miami. The bed was especially comfortable, great a/c, perfect shower temperature, and easy to park facility. I felt like wanting to buy the place! Host was proactive, always available and understanding. Would not doubt one second to stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The unit was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The host (Caroline) was extremely kind and responsive, making everything so easy from start to finish. Bonus information was provided in advance as well including local things to do/ see & she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and see how things were going, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The location is amazing, with lots of cute restaurants & some shopping just steps from the front door, plus it’s only about a 15-minute drive to south beach. The building staff was also very friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend both this unit and the host! 10/10 would stay here again! 💖😊

Top Lage in Downtown, Bars, Reataurants, Cafe, Shopping alles in Sekunden zu erreichen, kostenfreier Parkplatz im angeschlossenen Parkhaus, Schlüsselübergabe beim Empfang, super Appartement, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit top. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Negative:
Pro Familie (ansonsten wohl sogar pro Reisender) USD 50 EUR vor Ort beim Empfang zu bezahlen, damit die "Einrichtungen vor Ort" zu benutzen sind.

Our week-long stay at this Miami condo with my daughter was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip.
The location truly couldn't be more perfect. We had easy access to fantastic dining options, grocery stores, and fitness facilities, all within a short distance. Its proximity to the airport and major highways also made getting around incredibly convenient. Parking was a breeze and felt very secure, which was a huge plus. We felt completely safe and comfortable within the facility.
The condo itself was exactly as pictured online – sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Miami and would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area!

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips. The location was quiet from the apartment yet close to everything. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Definitely plan on staying here next time I visit.

Overpriced, bit worn out. WAY too complicated check-in. U need to find a prkng spot in crowded St, check-in @ lobby (4 an airbnb?) go get keys.Go get car,figure garage & elevators with all ur stuff in the heat. U need to scan keyfob 2 get in(& OUT) the garage TWICE. Then u need ANOTHER fob 2 get 2 ur floor. U can’t get to any other floor (main reason I was staying there was 2 be close to my sibling)I could nvr get 2 their floor bc of this. Then u only get ONE set of keys.If any of us wanted to separate,we cldnt get back.
$50 x adult seems excessive.(Host mentions upfront).
LR Rug=safetyHazard,tripped 4 times. Rolled it & was gross-prob never cleaned.
Not enough towels.4 reg towels & only ONE hand towel for a 4 guests unit.
Set of 4 dishes, which makes u have to run the DW daily. DW was in bad shape inside.
Cheap memory foam bed, thick pillows,nice sheets. Cheap laundry deterg. Washer door 2 hard 2 open. Daughter fell trying to open it.Son loved hammock, but very close 2 floor & smells

Caroline's condo was very clean and it was in a great walkable location. The beds were comfortable and the hammock was an added bonus. We enjoyed people watching from the balcony.

This Airbnb was beautifully equipped with everything you could need in this kitchen, as well as easy in building parking, steps to coffee shops, grocery, restaurants and shopping. The hammock was a favorite ! Fantastic place!

Beautiful place, well located and fully equipped. Very spacious and clean.
Negative:
The garage access is not convenient. The access card is at the apartment and I had to find street parking and pay it to be able to get the garage key. When I got the key it wasn’t giving me access to the garage. On the checkout the same struggle. I ended up getting a ticket on the street parking when I was returning the keys and cards to the unit. I had to pay for a new key because the owner didn’t find it in the apartment.

Loved this apartment for our family trip to Miami! Really appreciated having Target and Trader Joe's right down the street so we could quickly pick up some food items. Very close to Wynwood and other Miami attractions. Check in was very smooth and it was great to have parking in the building. Kids loved the pool!

A lakáshoz parolóhely a kapcsolódó parkolóházban. Kiváló a kültéri medence, ha elég meleg az idő, de a Beach-ek is közel vannak kocsival, és kiválóan lehet parkolni. A szekrényben 2 strandnyugágy + napernyő bekészítve.
A lakás csandes, kitűnő a szigetelés. Edények, evőeszközök széles választéka. Még olaj is van a sütéshez, nescafé, stb.
Szuper volt!

La ventana de la habitación estaba rota y aunque pedimos cada dia que la arreglaran, no se solucionó. El lavavajillas dejó de funcionar y tampoco lo arreglaron. La luz artificial de la habitación es claramente insuficiente.

Apartamento espacioso, muy bien ubicado y preparado (detergente, pastillas para el lavavajillas, bolsas de basura, productos para el baño, etc).

O apartamento acomoda muito bem uma família com dois adultos e duas crianças. Tem todas as comodidades, como maquina de lavar/secar roupa, lava louça, TV e internet. O apartamento é novo, espaçoso, limpo e bem localizado. O prédio é novo e tem várias comodidades, e um estacionamento amplo e fácil de usar. A comunicação com o anfitrião é fácil e rápida. Recomendo, e quando voltar a Miami certamente o procurarei para me hospedar novamente.

We had a wonderful stay the view is beautiful, everything is in walking distance! I loved it & will be booking in the future as well the only thing I have to say which isn’t a big deal is the water pressure wasn’t all that great it may be due to the floor we were on! Everything was perfect though the host is very friendly & very helpful, I can’t wait to visit again!

Caroline’s stay was honestly one of the best stays we’ve ever stayed at. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was there; all essentials. The view was spectacular, the house was very clean , ac worked great , easy check in, parking garage was so convenient since we were in a busy area which was a plus!. Everything is at a walking distance, from bars to restaurants to shopping center etc! Loved loved loveddd everything about Caroline’s place , cannot stress enough how great it was! She definitely goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. If I can give a 10 star I will! Oh and the pool was amazing as well! My l/o enjoyed it so much! 🙂 definitely recommend staying here if you’re reading this :)))

We absolutely loved our stay at Caroline’s flat. The flat was impecable, had all the amenities needed for us to feel at home. The location could not be any better. Super safe building. Walking distance to many nice restaurants, Shops of Midtown, Target, and Trader Joe’s. The parking included was a great plus. Caroline was super friendly and quick to answer all my questions. We will be back!!!

Caroline has been so far the best host I’ve had!! Very attentive, the place had absolutely everything you needed the care for detail was there for everything. Would recommend to stay here and I’ll definitely be back from now on whenever I’m back in Miami!

Bilocale molto grande, all’ottavo piano di un bell’edificio nel cuore di Mid-town. Due letti matrimoniali molto comodi, due TV, ottimo wifi, cucina accessoriata con tutto, bagno con doccia grande e comoda, lavatrice e asciugatrice in appartamento. Posto auto incluso nel prezzo al quarto piano del garage, bella piscina al quinto piano. Molti ristoranti, locali e supermercati nelle vie sottostanti. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati splendidamente e consigliamo questo appartamento a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere qualche giorno a Miami.
Negative:
Nell’appartamento nulla di negativo da segnalare. Per il resto il personale alla reception dell’edificio è poco professionale e poco attento. La piscina a volte un po’ sporca.

Our stay in Wynwood was beautiful! I travelled with my two young children and was very mindful about staying in a central yet safe location, and we felt right at home at Caroline‘s condo. There were many beautiful restaurants just outside our door, with a lot of shopping options less than a 5 minute walk away. The condo itself was wonderful, my kids especially enjoyed the indoor hammock. It’s fully stocked with everything needed including laundry detergent and toiletries. Caroline was very responsive and provided many recommendations to make our stay AAA. We will absolutely be back.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Caroline’s place! An amazing full service building and beautiful apartment unit. It is centrally located with everything you need at your footsteps. I enjoyed being able to walk out the door and have something to do or see. The unit has everything you need for a short or long term stay, which is a big plus. Check-in/out process as well as parking is super easy and convenient. Definitely would recommend Caroline’s place to anyone looking to enjoy Miami!

Positive:
La note aurait été améliorée si nous n’avions pas eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir payer 50€/personne pour accéder aux comodites de l’établissement (amenities) et ce indépendamment si on est une famille complète il faut payer 50€/personne.
Sinon le logement est propre. Bonne literie, balcon aménagé agréable.
Le parking est un plus appréciable car il est impossible de se garer aux alentours facilement.
Il y a un concierge ce qui est gage de sécurité.
Les équipements sont ok mais ne sont pas adaptés pour tout l’immeuble.
Negative:
Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir payer 50€/personne pour accéder aux comodites de l’établissement (amenities) et ce indépendamment si on est une famille complète il faut payer 50€/personne.
Il n’y a qu’une clé pour tout le logement ce qui est dérangeant lorsque nous avons des programmes différents.
Mériterait d’être un peu plus équipé (saladier, vaisselle,…)

The location was so convenient it was perfect for my weekend getaway with my mom and aunt. Soooo many restaurants right downstairs. Easy to get around. I spent so much time on the balcony just enjoying the liveliness. And even then it wasn’t loud and disturbing.
Caroline was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay.

Rodeado de restaurantes y supermercados. Se puede ir andando al Design District y a Wynwood. El edificio tiene reglas estrictas para evitar ruidos y molestias a los residentes, algo que yo agradecí. Servicio muy atento por parte de la empresa que gestiona el alquiler.
Negative:
Bien equipado en general (tenía hasta sombrilla, sillas de playa, paraguas...), echamos en falta algo de menaje en la cocina (mantel, ensaladera...).
A la llegada, hay que hacer un pago de 50$ por adulto (sólo uno en caso de familias).

I had a terrible experience staying here.
- terrible wifi signal
- they put detergent in shampoo and conditioner containers even though they advertise they provide both.
- curtains didn’t open
- the desk lamp doesn’t work
- the advertised work station is just a small desk with a chair in the bedroom
- poor water pressure in the shower
- SO many rules all over the apt
- extra fees or charges
- complicated checkin experience
- rude host who
I wish i had my money back. I Totally regret having booked this apartment.

Beautiful, clean, & safe space. Nice balcony & excellent central location in midtown - close to Wynwood Arts District - with pool, gym, parking. Very walkable & dog-friendly area with great restaurants, coffee, shopping, & trolley stop right in front of building. Peaceful space & very quiet & comfortable. There are many rules regarding the building to be mindful of but it ensures quiet, security, & cleanliness. Would definitely recommend. And Caroline was very responsive & helpful throughout our stay - a true SuperHost.
