We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We truly appreciated all the little details that made our stay so enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s Airbnb. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Vincent was an excellent host—he was always responsive to our questions and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out, which made our stay especially convenient.
The pool was clean and well cared for, and the BBQ was spotless and worked perfectly. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Vincent as a host and would happily stay at his home again.

Such a beautiful place to stay. It accommodated the family comfortably. The pool was a huge hit for the little ones. My son loved fishing in the canal in the back. I would definitely come back if we needed a place to stay in Ft. Lauderdale.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s Airbnb. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Vincent was an excellent host—he was always responsive to our questions and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out, which made our stay especially convenient.

Très belle maison au bord d’un canal, avec toutes commodités et facile d’accès en voiture. Très belle piscine que nous avons bien appréciée avec mon épouse et mon fils. Nous recommandons fortement!

This property was not as described and fell far below Airbnb’s cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. The house was not properly cleaned, with a strong marijuana odor, extremely dirty floors, and soiled linens with hair, that resulted in us having to wash them ourselves before use. The pool was green and filthy, the patio furtniture soiled with iguna feces, the patio littered with cigarette butts, blunts, wrappers, and a champagne cork in the pool, while overgrown landscaping attracted many iguanas, making outdoor areas unsafe. Inside, furniture, appliances, and fixtures were broken or worn, including a leaking washing machine, loose toilet, broken shower head, and soiled furtniture not suitable for use. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and ceiling vents/fans were dirty making them inoperable. Major issues remained unresolved after attempts to correct became distruptive to our vacation. Unsafe, unsanitary, and not suitable for families. I would not recommend this home to anyone 🙁

The location and view were the highlight of this stay — peaceful area with great potential. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t well-maintained or cleaned.
When we arrived, the beds had debris and hair, and most of the linens had to be discarded due to stains. The interior of the pool was dirty & surrounded by old iguana droppings. Even after multiple requests, we ended up cleaning up the poop ourselves.
The kitchen utensils were dirty, basic supplies were missing, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Overgrown bushes made the pool and dock areas cramped, and it seems the host hasn’t checked on the property in person for a while.
Beautiful place, but poor upkeep and management ruined the experience. With proper cleaning and attention, it could be a five-star stay.

The house was shockingly filthy—floors, sheets, sofas, fridge, even walls. Hair and stains everywhere. Mold was growing from the walls. The pool was unusable, later cleaned. Security cameras pointed at the pool, violating Airbnb rules. Iguanas, lizards, raccoons, a rat, and even a snake appeared. Feces made the pool area unsafe. My wife screamed seeing a giant iguana at the kitchen window. Outdoor furniture, grill, and patio were rusty and filthy. Doors barely opened. Landscaping was overgrown and full of webs. The second bathroom took forever to get hot water, the toilet was loose, the kitchen hood fan didn’t ventilate, and the A/C was extremely loud. Fans were covered in dirt. Host did nothing about wildlife or hygiene. I contacted them—no real solution. Photos and videos prove everything. Think five times before booking this house.

Desde que se llegamos la comunicación fue siempre fluida e inmediata con Vincent, tuvimos algunos percances que fueron comunicados pero siempre solucionados de la mejor manera, la zona es súper tranquila, tiene Publix y Aldi cerca, al igual que la playa está 15 min en carro. La casa cuenta con todo para cocinar, lavar, secar y aseo. Igualmente siempre se comunicó a Vincent sobre pequeños detalles a los que fue súper receptivo y amable, muchas gracias por el hospedaje. Definitivamente para un grupo familiar o un grupo numeroso cumple con todo.

Vincets place was great, exactly as pictured and the beds were very comfortable. We had 2 issues that arose which were out of his control, he answered immediately and had them both fixed by the next morning. I was very please with everything here, definitely recommend.

The house was amazing. The pool was refreshing to get into and cool off. The beds were comfortably, I've been to other places where after the first night I had so much back pain that I could not enjoy my stay but these were nice beds.

Nicht viel. Das Wohnzimmer war groß und die Betten neu.
Negative:
Außenbereich völlig veraltet, verdreckt und runtergekommen. Küche aus den 80zigern. Überall lag was rum. Gärtnerarbeiten offenbar jahrelang nicht durchgeführt. Die Tür zur Terasse ist am zweiten Tag kaputt gegangen und wurde nicht repariert. Mehrere Mails mit Versprechungen und Weinangebot - nichts davon ist passiert.

My family and I stayed at this home for a week, and we had an amazing time. The house had everything we needed for the amount of days we were there, everything looked just like the descriptions. The house was thoroughly clean and well organized with an amazing view.
I highly recommend this place. It felt like we were home and we did not want to leave.
Vincent is an awesome host, and provided an excellent service.

Una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Hermoso ambiente y espectacular diaeño de casa. Fuimos dos familias y el espacio es tan amplio y comodo que no queriamos partir. Super ailencioso y el sonido del agua y el viento entre las hojas invitan al relajo inmediato. La mesa de pool fue ideal para compartir la hora de cocinar y la pileta fue un placer, impecable y rodeada de multiples espacios para acompañar a los niños en sus chapuzones. El anfitrion se mostro siempre super amable y con toda la intencion de ayudar en lo que fuere necesario. Camas, baños y demas habitaciones con impecable limpieza y confort, todos cuidado hasta el minimo detalle. Volveria siempre.

This was a great vacation house for me and my friends! We had a blast, and any issues we had were solved right away by great communication. There is plenty of room in the bedrooms, along with two fold out couches. The pool and surroundings were beautiful!

If you’re looking for a beautiful spot and place to relax, this is your spot. The views are beautiful, beds comfy, every kind of amenity, Vincent is so responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. There are tvs in every room and outside, shampoo, conditioner and soap and towels. I look forward to the next time I get to visit. Thank you, Vincent!

Broken Beds, Noisy Squeaky AC Unit Outside, Broken Dishwashers, Corroded Cooking Pans, and lack of care from host should make you want to pick somewhere else.
