Fui de vacaciones con amigos y este lugar es perfecto para 7 personas súper cómodo!! Aceptan mascotas que es aún más genial! Y la casita en general es muy bonita, espaciosa, limpia y tiene todo lo que necesitas! La cama y sábanas divinas… y el anfitrión muy atento y pendiente de la comodidad del huésped! Les agradecemos de corazón! Sin duda volvería y la recomiendo con los ojos cerrados🥰 un plus es que a 3 min caminando hay una panadería (party cake bakery) que es DIVINA desayuné todos los días ahí porq hay de todo y todo es espectacular 🤭💕

This stay was just ok. We had our fair share of issues. The unit is nicely furnished but it is not upgraded as the listing shows because nothing works as it should. The exhaust hood doesn’t work (and there is def some kind of animal living in it you can hear it). The dishwasher sprays water everywhere! The place would randomly smell like stale smoke inside and we could figure out why. The plumbing is shot. The tubs never drain while you shower and one day it backed up where sewer water was coming up from the tub. Windows are paper thin. When we arrived the master tv did not work. They were quick to replace that. However, when I mentioned that there was no liner in the shower and the entire bathroom would get soaked they thanked me for my suggestion, which means I had to go buy my own in order to shower comfortably for 5 weeks. The sprinklers go off at 3pm every day making it impossible to get in or out and it drenches the patio furniture (one couch lol).

The place was clean, looked good, and was more spacious than I expected. The bedrooms and beds were just as described, and it was good for our one-night stay.
However, the Airbnb next door had a party and it was very loud, you could definitely hear the noise through the walls. The parking situation wasn’t ideal either. We had two vehicles (a truck and an SUV), and the other guests had three or four cars that kept blocking us in whenever we needed to leave.
Overall, the location was convenient and close to my relatives’ home. Despite the noise and parking issues, I’d consider staying here again if I needed to be in the area.

Virtually everything was dirty, broken, missing or didn’t match the listing. Pack n play had no base. Coffee pot had not been washed. Stuck on food to cabinet handles and plates, hair in fridge, dirty Brita, missing curtains, curtain rods, shower curtain liner, rug bench and bathmat. Outdoor furniture so dirty it was unusable. Dirty floors - clumps of lint, crumbs and baby’s feet were black from walking around. Dead bugs lined the floor boards next to couch. Second front door lock broken (important given the area) and outdoor light broken. Strange instructions to enter home including “cleaners left it open,” which didn’t turn out to be the case and would have been unsettling if they had. Unannounced pest control visit. While host was responsive and swore he took the feedback seriously there were far too many issues and the home was not ready for guests whatsoever. Thankfully Airbnb refunded us a large portion of the stay based on photo evidence is considering penalties.

We loved this cozy home. Big enough for a family of 5. Close to great shopping, beaches and nightlife. Would recommend and stay again.

The interior of the home was comfortable, spacious, and well set up, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels.nnThat said, there were several significant issues during our 12-day stay. Before booking, I specifically confirmed with the host that the backyard was fully fenced and secure for a large dog, and was told yes. In reality, one fence door was broken and another entire side had no fence at all, which was a safety concern and did not match the listing or the host’s confirmation. To be fair, the fence was repaired the following day.nnWe also experienced repeated late-night noise and partying from the neighboring attached unit, along with smoke odors entering the house. These issues were reported during our stay, but the noise complaints were never acknowledged or addressed, which was disappointing for a shared property.nnAdditionally, the backyard did not match the listing description, with dirty and moldy cushions and an unclean grill. We’re so happy we chose Vincent’s house! It’s such a peaceful and lovely place, with everything we needed close by. The house was cozy and very clean, and Vincent was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Another wonderful part of our stay was the peacocks that came to the house every morning — our kids were absolutely enchanted!🩷

Booked this space with my family during a last minute trip and our stay was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay. Felt right at home. The home and amenities were just as described. Host was super responsive. There was running cold water in the bathrooms and host offered to help. But with our 2 day stay, just allowed our joints to enjoy the cold water. Otherwise, very responsive and provided all that we needed. We were even able to utilize the pit fire in the backyard. Considering proximity to my sister’s house we would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Vincent was a great host, and very communicative both before and during the duration of my booking. And also very accommodating. The home was pristine and felt like home. The outdoor space at the back is great as well.

As described, this house is really nice. Unfortunately, we went on the week that rained so much that we couldn’t use the patio but it was really nice. I had the impression that this was in a gated community but it is not. My parents were the 1st one to arrived and had issues with the lock because it wasn’t working; they had to wait for 2-3 hrs until someone replace the lock. Also, when we ran out of toilet paper, the host told us that they only provide the essentials and we had to get more on our own.

We did not realize it was a duplex and were trying the code several times on the wrong door, disturbing the occupying guest.
Once inside the correct door, we were relieved that inside looked better than the outside area.
Very neat and clean! Pictures pretty well matched the interior.
Towels and linens seemed a little scant ,only locating one facecloth, with none in the kitchen. The host replied swiftly to me on this matter explaining the web site said no kitchen linens. My group, 4 women, found that very odd.
The bathmats were a bamboo style wood-slat that were a little slippery stepping out of the shower. Bedside lamp in the King Bdrm did not work.
We would suggest a thorough furniture cleaning as myself and one other guest received several bug bites, which must have come from the living room as we did not share a bdrm.
All in all, it served our purpose, to visit a nearby friend and to shop. We do feel it was a little overpriced for what we received.

I was spent about 10 days with my friends there together. Really nice and cozy home. We love it so much. Highly recommended! It gives me a real home feeling since the first time I came in the house. Quite and nice neighborhoods with many lovely cats and peacocks. Feels so great and comfortable.

Vincent was so friendly and very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, the place was exactly as shown in the photos and was a very comfortable stay!

Vincent was extremely responsive and courteous. For that I give him a 10, however, from the beginning,  I explained the reason we were renting his air bnb was because my 22 year old daughter was being treated for neurological problems nearby. When we entered the unit, it was visibly cleaned of human eye , but there was a musty smell. Come to find out, there is black mold in the ceiling in the closet. This is a neurological toxin. We wanted to leave but there wasn’t any other air bnbs available for our timeframe in the area. I explained to Vincent about the mold and he said he’ll take all my recommendations into consideration. In addition there is only one small bath towel per person. He had no tumbler or wine glasses so we had to purchase.

Oven safe baking dishes, Steak knives, Cutlery for eight, not for 4. You shouldn’t have to wash silverware after every use. Wine opener., Tin foil

Happy to have found this well maintained place in Cutler. Vincent is an excellent communicator and was available if any needs arose. Fortunately they did not. Beds are comfortable and the showers warm and welcoming. The place is in superb shape. While the kitchen basics are certainly there, I would probably add a few rocks glasses, another serving plate, and a larger pan/pot for cooking as the space inspires feast making. But that minor stuff doesn’t stop me from giving this near shore abode with a great backyard a 5/5.
