V deň môjho príchodu mi bolo oznámené že chladnička nefunguje ( hostiteľ tam dal malú náhradnú chladničku bez mrazáku ) . Kontaktovala som hostiteľa niekoľko krát s požiadavkou na opravu chladničky . Chladnička bola opravená po 3 týždňoch a 3 dňoch od môjho príchodu . Po mojom príchode som zistila že bazén je v rekonštrukcii naco mi hostiteľ povedal že je dostupný cez víkend a nedá mi žiadnu zľavu ( nikto ma o týchto otváracích hodinách predom neupozornil , vraj o tom nevedel ) . Nikdy si neberiem ubytovanie bez bazénu , keby viem že bazén je v rekonštrukcii nikdy by som si toto ubytovanie nevzala .

Anfitrión amable. Apartamento en edificio muy céntrico y emblemático de Miami con buenas vistas, gimnasio, y piscina.

Vincent and his team were very responsive to any issue that arose. Loved the location. Photos make the place look larger than it is but very comfortable overall. Bed is low to the floor which makes it hard for an older person like me to get up off it but comfortable. Kitchen was great. I spent 6 months here doing a construction project. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs security as a priority. I will rent it again if the occasion arises for me to be back in Miami for any extended time period.

Stay was fine, though I was uncovering a lot of small issues maybe as the first guest? Hopefully these will be resolved for the next guest. When checking in the building key fob didn't work - I got conflicting responses of how to deal with it - seemed like two people were responding back to my messages. Front desk eventually got it working. The main living room area light didn't work and room was kind of dim. I messaged and was told a replacement bulb would be sent, 2 weeks later I got a txt from someone that they were going to drop off a new lamp, never showed up, I messaged back and they said they were sorry and were caught up. They never messaged back about dropping it off. The place was clean, but had some kind of pet hair that was missed by the bed. Overall place was a little worn, couch was missing upholstery buttons, stains on kitchen backsplash, fridge, and wall by the bed, could use some fresh paint. That said those issues can be addressed, bathroom/pool/gym were nice.

I loved staying at 50 Biscayne. The location is great and the host is always available to mediate any issues. The building amenities are awesome.
