Unfortunately I had no power/no electricity in the unit and no resolve for a whole day. My food in fridge and freezer went bad and melted. The meds in fridge were spoiled. And I was gaslighted and told someone was coming for a whole day and no one came. Couldn’t charge my phone or medical devices since I was there with my kids and elderly mother. Unacceptable and disappointing. I had to get AirBnb supervisors to assist and the r host still pushed back

Great place and great location. It was quite and amenities where very nice … love that they had a golf simulator.. close to everything.. super clean and waking up looking at the skyline was super cool … would come back for sure!

Perfect stay! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, comfortable, and in a great location. The views were amazing, and everything we needed was provided. Communication with Vincent was excellent throughout the entire stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We had a fantastic time in Miami and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, comfortable, and in a great location. The views were amazing, and everything we needed was provided. We had a lovely stay overall. The flat was clean, well-equipped, and located on the 26th floor with beautiful views across Miami. It had all the amenities we needed, and the host was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
The only downside for us was the noise level. As the apartment is close to the courts and police departments, there were constant police and fire sirens during the night, along with sports cars backfiring and early morning construction work opposite (some mornings the banging would start as early as 1:30am). If you’re used to busy city living and background noise, this may not be an issue for you. However, we personally found it very difficult to sleep and ended up leaving a night early feeling more tired than when we arrived.
I appreciate that the noise level is outside of Vincent’s control. However, it would have been helpful to have a clearer indication of the noise levels in the listing, but aside from that, the apartment itself was good.

El dueño es encantador y el apartamento es precioso, pero la vajilla y los electrodomésticos necesitan ser renovados. La cocina tiene muchas manchas. La estufa está grasienta y sucia. La vajilla es de muy mala calidad. Una vez que se solucionen estos problemas, será un apartamento estupendo.
