В целом это жилье мне понравилось. Есть один минус – нету вытяжки либо кондиционера в ванной комнате, из-за этого был неприятный запах как-будто бы плесени. Чистая кухня. Хозяин очень приятный и доброжелательный, было приятно с ним общаться, советовал много разного, за это большое спасибо.

Vincent’s place is literally so cute!! You can look right at the boats and it’s wasn’t loud. There is a lot of natural lighting, so good for pictures if you want some. The bathroom is a bit tight but very durable. Florida is very humid but the AC unit works AMAZINGLY and fast so you will not over heat. There’s a 24 hour concierge who is very nice and helpful. A lot of parking options for guest. Tacos vs Burritos that’s five minutes away is so good. Miami beach is drivable and night life ubers/lyfts weren’t expensive at all.
Vincent was very communicative. Always suggested places to eat and relax. The check in and check out instructions were very clear so never had to reach out unless it was something different. Overall a great place! I would recommend it!

Die Wohnung von Vincent ist eine Perle! Zentrale Lage und ein spektakulärer Blick auf die Skyline.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir gebraucht haben und ist sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Vincent hat uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung geschickt und war sofort erreichbar, wenn Fragen aufkamen.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei Euch- wir kommen gerne wieder 🌴

Breathtaking view of the ocean/harbor from balcony. Apartment had everything one would need to feel at home, which me and boyfriend most definitely did. Couldn't ask for a better host, prompt communication and overall very understanding of some issues that arised on my end. I absolutely would book this location again, thanks Vincent for having us!! 😊🧡💛☀️🌊

Hermoso apartamento. A unas cuadras de la playa (ideal para ir en auto)
La wifi por momentos un poco lenta, pero después todo perfecto!!! El anfitrión respondía rápidamente y dio solución a todo lo pedido, muy recomendable

Omg this was the best Miami stay I’ve ever experienced. So much so I extended my booking just so I can continue the bliss. The boat was super helpful and responsive. Even checked in on me during my stay. Everything was perfect. 10/10 would highly recommend

Отличные апартаменты! Удобное расположение – рядом все необходимое, прекрасный вид из окна. Квартира хорошо обустроена, есть все для комфортного проживания. Плюс – бесплатная парковка, что в Майами большой бонус. Остался доволен, рекомендую!

Superbe appartement, très bon emplacement pour se déplacer dans tout miami et ces alentours. Très belle vue depuis l’appartement, pas de nuisance sonore. Un emplacement de parking assuré et gratuit (rare dans le coin)

Le climatiseur fonctionne bien mais possiblement trop près du lit quand il souffle

Very good host, caring, responsive. The place has been even better than on photos. The view from a window was beautiful and the check-in very clear. The instructions provided by Vincent were helpful and also clear, didn’t have to ask a single question. I would recommend and book again.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in North Bay Village. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the balcony with a stunning view . It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend this apartment.

I very much enjoyed my one month stay at Vincent’s place, having my morning coffee in the balcony and watching the lovely sunsets in the evening. The bottle of wine that awaited me on arrival was a very nice touch. Unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance, otherwise a fantastic stay.

;It was a little difficult to locate as you have to turn into another property but once in you can understand as it's right on the water. I was able to rest as it was quiet. Vincent was very responsive when I had a concern. Would stay again in the future.

una muy buena estadía, departamento muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso, personal del edificio muy gentil y atentos a cualquier duda.
Todo lo que se ofrece está a disposición de los huéspedes, las fotos muestran la realidad. Su anfitrión atento y rápido en sus respuestas. Volvería sin lugar a dudas. gracias por hacernos la estadía tan grata.

Beautiful bay view, room condition looks new and cute; host responds fast, nice staff; location close to busy main street with heavy noise if you stay in the lower level unit with windows / balcony door open.
