Wow what a lovely home! I housed some of my wedding party here and everyone felt like they were right at home. Vincent’s spot had everything we needed and more. It was perfectly located between venues during our wedding weekend and the airport which made things incredibly easy. Will definitely book this home again next time we have our out-of-towners return! Thank you Vincent.

Overall stay was good. Location is amazing. We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of space and beds for everyone. The pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming. The air condition in the main part of the house cooled well, but the bedrooms were warm at night especially the primary bedroom, and there are no ceiling fans. We saw some bugs in the house, and while we know this is a tropical climate, the house probably needs pest control.

Nuestra estancia en el lugar de Vincent estuvo muy bien. Todo limpio, la casa muy agradable y nos divertimos mucho en la alberca. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de avenidas principales y la zona muy tranquila. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestras vacaciones en familia. Muchas gracias a Vincent por estar al pendiente.

La casa ofrece todo para la estancia. La propiedad está muy bien ubicada.
Negative:
La propiedad no tiene cortinas black out, si necesitas oscuridad al dormir. Es un problema. El aire acondicionado es demasiado sonoro.

This was a wonderful house in a safe, quiet and very pretty residential neighborhood. The house was lovely, with several pockets of living and dining spaces so that it felt like there was plenty of room for a half dozen unrelated friends. The beds were super comfy with superior soft sheets, and the A/C worked well keeping the house nice and cool when outside temps were over 90 degrees. We spent a lot of time by the pool. The photos make the pool area seem larger because the photos don’t show the safety fence installed around the pool. Legally it has to be there, I guess, but for 6-7 strong swimming adults, it felt like an unessesary obstacle around the pool. The house might be best suited for families rather than a group of mixed-gender friends. There are only two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom, meaning all other guests mostly only had access to a single bathroom. We were delighted to find an outdoor shower, which we had considered using to help with bathroom traffic, but it was cobwebby and buggy so no one ended up wanting to use it. The house would have been perfect with just one more bathroom, even just a powder room. There was a bit of rotting wood in one of the bedroom closets that may have let in some bugs, but the house is otherwise pristine. We enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely rent it again.

La casa de Vince es bonita, el área es tranquila y pacífica, adentro de la casa necesita un poco de mantenimiento, la piscina nunca estuvo caliente a pesar que nos comunicamos con Vince varias veces y colocamos los settings como el indicó, la luces del patio nunca funcionaron, el envió a alguien el último día para arreglar varios temas y todo siguió sin funcionar. Por lo demás fue una buena estancia. Si la casa tuviera un buen mantenimiento y todo funcionara bien sería una perfecta casa.

Great stay overall. The place was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Communication with the host was smooth and timely throughout. Check-in and check-out were easy, and everything was set up to make the stay comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Pinecrest was absolutely incredible. The neighborhood is breathtaking, peaceful, lush, and the perfect setting for such a special weekend.
The home itself is stunning, elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed. I stayed here during my wedding weekend, and it was truly perfect. Every corner made for the most beautiful bridal photos, it felt like a dream.
Vincent, our host, was amazing, so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

It is a well appointed home in an amazingly comfortable and inviting neighborhood. Everything we needed was either there or at the Publix just around the corner. I would move in tomorrow if I could.Loved it!

While the home has a cozy atmosphere overall, I do feel that the rate we paid was higher than what the property truly offers. The house contains many older pieces of furniture and décor, which at times gave the place a somewhat uncomfortable/spooky. Only 2TV
Unfortunately, we also had an issue at the end of our stay. Due to a mistake on our part, we accidentally underbooked by one day. While I was at work, the cleaning crew called to inform me they had arrived at the property. I gave them permission to begin preparing the home while we finished packing our belongings.
However, when we arrived shortly afterward, we found that all of our food had already been thrown away and clothing that was still drying had been removed and placed in a corner before we had the opportunity to collect it. The clothes were not even allowed to finish drying before being taken down.We did apologize for the booking error, as it was our responsibility. That said, after paying a premium rate for the property

The host was extremely welcoming and conscientious, the home was perfect for my reunion with my 5 kids flying in and driving in from everywhere. Beds super clean, all the essentials other than dish soap and dishwasher pods and laundry pods which we brought) - everything else was provided, extremely comfortable and will definitely return!

Well kept, spacious home. Everything just as described in listing. Good kitchen amenities and appliances. Plenty of beds. Host was attentive but not intrusive. Parking is a bit tight but we made it work. We have an annual meeting in Miami every year and plan to use home again next year.

We had a great time staying at Tranquil Heirloom Hideaway in Miami over Thanksgiving. The house location is perfect if you're wanting to stay in a nice residential area in the Pinecrest/South Miami area. Very close to popular areas like Dadeland, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables with restaurants, shops and things to do. The house was spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds super comfortable and a really nice covered outdoor area for dining and hanging out. Super safe area - I went walking several times through the beautiful neighborhood streets. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful artwork, neighborhood and books! House needs some general updating.
HOWEVER...
House is infested with Termites! Had to leave early and find a new place. Thankfully Airbnb provided us with a refund.

Overall, one of the best places i've stayed. Ive been to Florida many times, this was the first time in Miami. The house house I was in and the houses surrounding were so beautiful. Such a nice neighborhood, very peaceful as well! The host was amazing! Gave suggestions and was very quick when responding to anything I asked. Home was very clean, and looked just like the pictures! Everything was just perfect, would 100% come back and recommend to others.

We had an excellent stay at Vicent’s house. From the very beginning, communication was clear, which made check-in really easy. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. You can really tell that Vicent puts care into every detail. The location was perfect. We would definitely come back and highly recommend his place.

Just stayed here and it was honestly perfect. The house is super cozy with great mid-century vibes and so many thoughtful touches. The homemade art and self portraits on the walls made it feel personal and unique, not like your typical rental. The pool was a highlight, it was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The location is great too, really close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. There was a little construction nearby but it didn’t bother us much and it’s probably temporary. Would 100% stay again.

This property was filthy. Owner would not help the situation. We had to find other lodging. Place was disgusting and there was no Vincent. The whole property is a scam based on lies. Thank goodness Airbnb has a wonderful support staff that got my money refunded. Absolutely do not rent this property. Really bad people.

Vincent’s place was the perfect getaway for relaxation and peace. It was close enough for a beach day to Miami and a day trip to Key Largo. Vincent was great at answering questions quickly as well.
