★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Enjoy the tropical conditions and local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

Trash & Recycling Rules: Please note that trash cannot be placed in the recycling bin. Trash goes in the green bin, and recycling goes in the blue bin. If trash is placed in the blue recycling bin, the city will refuse to pick it up. Incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 trash removal fee to cover the city fine.

Grill Reminder: If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
