Great location. The house was extremely clean. Caroline communicated very well. There was an issue with the washer on the normal setting “LoFl” error message which indicates there is a water flow issue with the washer. One of the beds didn’t have much support but the host offered to repair it immediately which was fantastic. Other than that there were no issues.

I was very pleased with how clean and beautiful the home was. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and I was only minutes away from several restaurants and shopping. I was especially happy with the fact the home had a fan because I planned on ordering one for the duration of my stay. I absolutely HAVE to sleep with a fan. The fenced in yard was absolutely gorgeous. So much green and there were peacocks chilling and relaxing under the shade in the yard. I loved to see them. The kitchen was my favorite place to be. I LOVE the layout. Super nice. I would absolutely stay again.

This place was for what me and my group needed. We did have a problem with the power going out kinda often due to either too many lights on or running the showers at the same time, not really sure. Other than that the place was very spacious and area was nice and quiet. I recommend renting a car because the time to south beach can get pretty high during traffic. Host was also good with communicating and helping with any problems we had.

The good: Pack-N-play available. Peacocks were often sighted in the neighborhood. The bad: it felt like being hosted on a budget: For an 8-day stay with 7 people only 3 kitchen trash bags were provided. Also, no tissues were provided, the filter for water from the fridge needed replacing, and were no coffee grounds. Some things just didn’t work as they should: the shower handle for the bathroom in the primary suite was hard to move and ended up getting stuck (with hot water running which required a plumber), the washing machine displayed the error message “low flow” resulting in excessively soaked clothes, and there were plumbing issues for the toilet in the bathroom adjacent to the living room. The host responded to messages within minutes but often the response was underwhelming. Given the duration and number of problems, the experience made me feel the quality of upkeep for this house was poor. I didn’t get a good value for what I paid. I don’t recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at Boho House in October 2025. We were a family of 5 adults and found the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and TV room beautifully laid out and comfortably furnished. The laundry machines were very well appreciated.
Entry instructions to the house were simple and effective. The house was very clean, neat, well maintained, and all appliances were fully functional. Wifi was fast with good signal strength in all rooms.
We enjoyed the openess of the windows looking out to the gardens and even spotted peacocks!
This location was just a short drive from Dadeland Mall, many restaurants, Brickell City Center and the airport. Uber drivers never took more than 4 minutes to arrive after order confirmation.
Our host was very responsive and communicative. We will definitely want to have a repeat stay at Boho House!

Es nuestra segunda estadía en viaje familiar, estuvimos en abril del 2024, nos sentimos como en casa, uno de nuestros familiares tiene necesidades especiales por un tema de salud y el lugar nos resulta cómodo, agradable para el, la ubicación es excelente, con centros de salud, centros comerciales y buenos restaurantes cercanos, Caroline es una gran anfitriona, siempre atenta, con respuestas rápidas e instrucciones claras, de seguro repetiremos pronto.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was excellent—very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The house itself was even better than expected: clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Every room was spotless, and the space was thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. It was perfect for our group and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This stay was a nightmare, to say the least. The power shut off over 10 different times, leaving us with no running water, no electricity, and absolutely no light. My wife slipped and fell getting out of the shower because there was no power, no light, and zero windows to provide any visibility in the bathroom.
The house never cooled below 80 degrees, and despite the host knowing there were ongoing power issues, we were repeatedly told to “just reset the breaker.”
On top of that, the back patio was completely covered in peacock droppings, making the backyard unusable, and a loud alarm malfunction kept beeping throughout our stay.
This was hands down the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this property and will never stay here again.

The place looks exactly like the pictures! It is a beautiful cozy house that has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Caroline and her team are amazing at getting back to you, and they are very lovely. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the restaurants nearby are great!
We will certainly go back...100% recommended.

Very friendly, communicative host. Beautiful home and yard. Disappointed that piano keyboard in photo was no longer at the home when we arrived. Had difficulty with newly installed front door lock that didn’t match instructions sent by Airbnb but figured it out after an hour, and host assured us that instructions would be updated for next guests.

It was an amazing house. We did have issues with the power continually going out, but other than that I have no other complaints! Would definitely stay again.

House is Beutiful! Some wild turkey walking on the garden with amazing colors was priceless.
Everything is perfect.

La estadia en lo de Caroline fue muy buena.
Los ambientes interiores son excelentes. Tal como son descriptos en las fotos. Quiza le vendría bien un mantenimiento general y el re cambio de elementos de cocina y baños, que ya denotan su uso. Estuvimos muy cómodos dentro de la casa.
El exterior de la casa esta algo desgastado y con falta de cuidado. El jardín interno no luce tanto ya que el pasto esta descuidado y el equipamiento algo deteriorado. No asi el jardín del frente, que luce impecable con sus plantas y arboles bien cuidados y mantenidos.
Tuvimos un problema con la basura. A nuestra llegada nos encontramos que los sectores exteriores para colocar los residuos se encontraban repletos de basura de huéspedes anteriores., incomodando de alguna manera nuestra rutina y manejo de la basura propia. Le comunique a Caroline de inmediato. Pero lamentablemente demoró varios dias en resolverlo.
Fuera de ello, para un grupo numeroso la casa es ideal.

Positive:
The layout (multiple sitting areas for conversing, reading, playing games). The number of bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (3) not ideal but adequate for our group. The open concept provided a welcoming atmosphere for food prep and dining.
Negative:
The location was on the freeway so outdoor enjoyment was not possible. It was not as close to the marina (purpose for trip) as presented. The outdoor maintenance/cleanliness of property was subpar eg. garbage and recycling bins were full when we arrived for our 4 night 7 guest stay, toilets (hi-efficiency) were not properly adjusted (multiple flushes barely did the job), dead/flying potted plants surrounded building.

Thank you Caroline for making such a beautiful home available to us for our weekend staycation in Miami. the home is such a great design and the incredible spiritual finishes were not unnoticed and greatly appreciated. checknin was super easy and all instructions perfectly layed out.

Great listing. Exactly what was described. Huge house, very clean & modern, close to the U and Dadeland Mall, easy access to freeways/tollways. Couldn't have been better! We'll look forward to staying there again.

Very nice house . It was plenty of space for my friends and I. Great for group or families! Airbnb is in a very nice area. Great traveling distance from the things we wanted to do.
