One nearby parking garage access card is included with your stay at no additional cost.

Important parking rules:

The garage is managed by the Miami Parking Authority (MPA).

Every vehicle must exit and re-enter the garage at least once every 24 hours.

Simply moving your vehicle to a different parking space does not count.

Vehicles that do not comply with this requirement may be towed.

Please follow the garage rules carefully to avoid towing or other parking-related issues.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY

The front desk can hold packages for guests. However, mailbox key access is not provided. Please coordinate delivery arrangements directly with the carrier and follow the building’s package-handling procedures.

A check-in screening procedure is conducted for security and fraud prevention. Guests are expected to complete any required verification and provide the necessary information before arrival.

★ SAFETY & CLEANING

We follow CDC cleaning standards and thoroughly disinfect the apartment between stays. Exterior surveillance cameras are also present for property security.
