Très bon séjour! Le logement était propre et confortable, exactement comme décrit dans l’annonce. Vincent a été un hôte disponible et accueillant, facile à rejoindre pour toute question. L’emplacement était pratique pour profiter du coin. Je recommande sans hésiter!

El departamento lo cambiaron por problemas de cañerías. Nos dieron otro, pero a lo dos días debíamos cambiarnos nuevamente. Un lío con todas las cosas tanto cambio por pocos días.
Nos fuimos y nos reembolsaron los días faltan tes.
El departamento pequeño, el baño muy pequeño . No nos gusto

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I should share my experience so others know what to expect. Unfortunately, this Airbnb was not what it looked like online and did not match the description. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful during check-in, which started the stay off poorly. I was also told after booking that there was a $15 per person fee that had not been clearly disclosed beforehand.
Parking was very inconvenient. You have to get out of your car, grab a shared clicker that everyone uses, then return to your car just to open the gate. If you could not find parking, you were required to pay for parking somewhere else, creating unexpected extra costs.
The pool was completely dried up, and the A/C in the unit did not work, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far from what was advertised.

Molto moltissimo umida ! Puzzava di hmidita ‘ tutto ! Anche la reception . I vestiti nella stanza erano sempre bagnati ! Abbiamo lasciato prima l alloggio perché la Mattina mi svegliavo sempre con il mal di testa !

Overall, the apartment is clean, safe, and well-equipped. If you plan to cook during your stay, the kitchen setup is very convenient. It provided a separate bed for each of our three family members, so we all slept well—though the space did feel a bit tight as a result.
The balcony offers a beautiful view of the bay, and the evening skies were absolutely stunning—like a painting each day.
During our stay, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning, where poor drainage led to mold growth, causing a persistent odor in the room. After discovering this, we decided to check out early, though we had already stayed for eight nights.
At the time, the balcony was still under renovation, so one of the closets was filled with construction materials, and the other was locked. With nine suitcases and several backpacks, storage was definitely a challenge for us.
I hope that by the time you check in, the balcony tiles are finished, the AC has been repaired…If so, this could truly be wonderful~

Super logement avec une très belle vue ! La cuisine, la salle de bain et le salon sont très propres et agréables. Le seul petit point négatif, c’est qu’il n’y a pas de rangement pour les vêtements. À part ça, l’hôte est très sympa, tout comme le personnel de l’immeuble. Je recommande !

El lugar es horrible, las fotos están editadas, es demasiado pequeño, no hay lugar para moverse dentro del departamento, no hay casi lugar de almacenamiento, no tiene tostadora, ni los utencillos suficientes para cocinar. Tiene muy mal olor, es muy húmedo, muy ruidoso, no se puede descansar en el lugar, se escucha a los vecinos gritando todo el tiempo. Te cobran aparte por hacer el check-in, los que te atienden son super maleducados. La verdad es lugar es carísimo para lo malo que es el lugar, estoy super decepcionada con este alquiler. El lugar necesita muchísimo mantenimiento. Te ponen condiciones ridículas como dejar la llave dentro del departamento y mandarles una foto, siendo que el ascensor funciona solo con la llave. La verdad, no lo recomiendo y claramente no lo volvería a elegir. La única cosa buena es que no se necesita aceptación del anfitrión para reservar y que responde a los mensajes cuando se lo contacta.

Vincent's unit was perfect—fantastic location, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and spotlessly clean! I wished I could've stayed longer and definitely plan to return. The condo was exactly what I needed while in town for a work trip. The amazing view made it extra special. Vincent was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay.

Todo muy bien solo el aire acondicionado no enfría mucho y pega directo a una cama recomendación cambiar el lugar del mismo y poner una Split más moderna aérea que enfríe mejor y no pegue a alguien de los huéspedes en especial

Todo mal, cancelaron mi reservación usando la excusa de un evento o fiesta dentro de la
Habitación. Cuando solo estamos las tres personas registradas y cantamos happy birthday que tardaríamos 2minutos. Algo completamente ilógico no me hicieron devolución de dinero ni nada el anfitrión solo se desligó de todo. Arruinaron mi cumpleaños y el de mi amiga.

lo bueno de acceder a este tipo de propiedades que tienes la libertad de cocinar, por ende tienes un ahorro considerable. pero en cuanto a precio por día, sale mas a cuenta estar en un hotel en ocean drive, frente a la playa por US$ 35 por noche

Enjoyed the stay at Vincent's condo. My daughter was recovering from surgery and the place was perfect for our needs. The view was amazing - which we enjoyed immensely as we couldn't do anything.
Vincent was very responsive and helpful whenever we messaged him.
