Caroline’s appointment was perfect. Fresh and spotless on arrival. Easy check in and finding the parking space. It’s situated within easy walking distance from many restaurants, design district, wynwood walls and shops.
The apartment is on the same level as the pool which was empty most of the time, so felt like your own private pool.
We didn’t have any problems but when I did have a question or 2 Caroline was always super fast to reply.
Thanks again Caroline for hosting our family, we had an amazing holiday!!!

She offered great recommendations, as well as answering all of our questions. I would most definitely stay at Caroline’s property again if I was visiting Miami.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The location was everything—less than 20 minutes to the convention center and perfectly nestled near walkable restaurants and shops, so you really feel the energy of the city.
Caroline was amazing—so accommodating, kind, and responsive. We had a small emergency during our stay, and she handled it with such calm and professionalism that it instantly put us at ease.
I’ll definitely be back later this year. This spot was exactly what I needed—perfect in every way.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in the Midtown area of Miami! The place was beautifully decorated and very clean, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location was also a huge plus—everything was within walking distance, including plenty of great restaurants, shops, and a lively nightlife scene.
If you’re looking for a stylish, well-kept place in a vibrant part of Miami, this spot is definitely worth it. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay. Located in an extremely convenient area. Caroline's place is clean, well thought out, and spacious if you're traveling in a group. I especially appreciated the great and quick communication when I needed anything; the entire experience was seamless. Made my first time in Miami a pleasant one. 10/10 would stay again.

Caroline’s place was the best we could’ve chose for our trip. It was in the center of a lot of restaurants, stores, and nightlife near by. It was very clean on the inside and had everything we needed for our stay. The parking garage was easy to access, to get in and out if the building was easy as well. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be back sooner than later!!!!

Beautiful home, with great spots to eat. The water heater broke and Caroline was on top of it the whole way through, handling it very well. Her communication was spot on, beds were comfortable, the house was cozy, and the view was absolutely amazing!

We stayed at this apt for a month, the area is great, very safe with many restaurants and shops. The apt had everything we needed and the host was always available. There is only one key card provided so I took us some planing if we were going out separately but it was worth the trouble as the building felt very safe. Place was clean and kitchen had all that you would need. Only thing I would say is that we did not use the balcony at all because there was always a strong smell coming from the restaurants that are in the first level from exhaust vents, but we still enjoyed the apartment very much and would come back.

Negative:
Stayed there for like a week, but needed a little time to checkout one day. Vacated the property but left some belongings there to come back for later. They said it’s no big deal, just kept it in building storage. But whoever they had move the stuff must have been angry about the situation, because every luggage was packed up in trash bags in the building storage, and ACTUAL trash was mixed in with the trashbags. It was clearly on purpose. Suitcases and clothes were mixed in with used toilet paper and used disposable personal hygeine products. Everything smelled. Gross!

Wow! What an amazing space in the heart of the (very) walkable and super cool Wynwood district in Miami. The location is fantastic, with lots of great places to eat, parks, murals and plenty of people watching in a very central locale where you can easily get to everything Miami has to offer. The space itself was very well equipped and spacious. My kids loved the arcade games and the cool retro/industrial vibe. The beds were very comfy and the space was very quiet despite being in a very busy area. The somewhat heated pool was a nice diversion for the kids after a long day of walking around. Our host, Catherine, was extremely helpful and responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Overall I would recommend this space to any family looking to enjoy Miami and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, good amenities to cook at home, so much space for 4 adults to live, gym and pool were enjoyed, 3 bathrooms were great. Overall highly recommend this accommodation. Only issue we had was with the air conditioning which did fail us and take a while to reset. Thanks for having us Caroline

My Friends & I stated at Carolines listing for my 21 birthday. It was located near amazing restaurant and shopping centers. There a market & a liquor store within walking distance, just in case you need a bottle of wine. We also gifted a bottle of wine during are stay. It was extremely clean and there was amazing amenities. I would 10 out of 10 recommend

This place was so lovely! Just like the pictures, and believe it or not, the roll-out bed was super comfortable. The place is within walking distance of so many restaurants and shopping stores! Beautiful view, and the pool was nice. Caroline was super responsive. She responded within minutes a message was sent to her. I am so appreciative of that! My friends and I are definitely looking to stay here again! Thank you, Caroline!

The place is beautiful with a beautiful view and spacious. Unfortunately the building staff was very rude at the front desk. The building also charges 20$ to hold a carry on if you arrive before check in and wish to keep it in the lobby which was not mentioned by host when asking about storing luggage ahead of time. To no fault of the host, there was flooding the the unit next to it which entered this unit early morning which lead us to slip and fall in the hallway. The building staff took care of it immediately and the host responded in a timely manner! The queen bed in the bedroom has loud springs in the mattress which are very loud when changing positions making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The other mattresses were very comfortable!

Very clean and secure building. Great location and nice unit.
Negative:
Advertised to have 4 beds but only had 3. After contacting the property I was told “ there is supposed to be 4, we’ll get back to you” multiple times over 3 nights and never got the 4th bed or any assistance. Had to have people sleep on the couch. Almost impossible to contact anyone through email. Ended up having to call the property manager to get any information on anything.

The location was great. The condo had shops and restaurants within walking distance. We did have some issues with the apartment itself though. One towel I grabbed had mascara clumps still on it and blush, making me feel like some of the towels weren't washed. The front bedroom's bed creaked a lot and was well-worn. I couldn't get a good night's sleep because I kept rolling to the center of the bed because it sank in the middle. The other thing keeping our entire party awake and unrested was the air conditioner was broken. It was 85F outside in Miami, while in the apartment it was always between 79-80F. Whenever we would tell Caroline that the AC didn't work, she responded quickly with a "thank you for the info" and then ask me to turn it off and on or send pictures of the thermostat. They didn't get anyone over to the apartment to "fix" it till our last day and by bedtime, the temperature in the apartment was back to 79F. The stay did not seem worth the amount that we paid.

Great place close to everything well worth the stay. Would stay again for sure matches description perfectly. There are a lot of pre checkin processes and screening but that also makes the space feel safer knowing there is a watch on who comes and goes.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit was beautiful, clean, and in such a great location. I would definitely book again.
Only surprise was the per person building fee of $50. Wish that cost had just been rolled up into the overall payment.

Celebrated my 30th birthday with friends and this place was exactly what I was looking for. Very spacious and clean. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops that were within walkable distance. Caroline was always checking in and very responsive! Can’t wait to be back!

LOVED this airbnb. I spent my birthday here with 4 of my friends and it was the perfect home base for III points festival. When we stayed home, we hung out by the pool or our private balconies. We also enjoyed playing the free arcade games in the living room! So unique.
Again, the location was super convenient. We mostly walked everywhere, the only time we took Ubers was to go to South Beach. The host was extremely responsive and promptly answered any questions I had about the check in/check out process.
Only category I gave 4 stars in was check in because it was kind of annoying we each had to pay an additional $35 upon arrival. Its listed in their airbnb listing, but I wish that it was just included in the airbnb price so we don’t have to deal with paying anything at arrival.
Otherwise, awesome stay! Would book this all over again!

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights. This condo / town home was the perfect place to stay!
Inside: The town home is extremely well equiped from kitchens and bathrooms to board games, and a couple of full sized aracdes. It is so spacious that we could hang out all together or we could enjoy some personal time each of us in a different place. The views are also amazing 😉
Building Amenities:
The front desk / security is 24 hours and they are so friendly and helpful. Even though there is a building charge we had to pay when we arrived, it was more than worth it. All the building amenities were included: parking, pool, BBQ area (with bbq tools), a well equipped gym and even a ping pong table (racquet and balls available at the front desk).
Area:
We couldn't ask for more! There are all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs, parks, Trader Joe's just downstairs. All within a block or two.
Winwood and the design district are also within walking distance although we chose to drive.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with this place. My family will definitely return!
