The neighborhood is fantastic—filled with great restaurants, cafés, shops, gyms, and everything you might need within walking distance.
The apartment itself is very spacious, bright, and has all the amenities you might need. The décor is fun and colorful, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
It’s worth noting that although the listing is under an individual’s name, it is managed by a property management company, so communication felt somewhat impersonal and we received the same automated messages multiple times.
We were charged over $50 for a two-hour early check-in, plus a $50 per person building fee, which we didn’t feel was justified by the amenities.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment, especially if you’re looking for a great location.

Vincent was an excellent host from start to finish. His check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was responsive and proactive throughout our stay. The place itself was gorgeous and everything we needed for a great trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay, Vincent was a wonderful host. The apartment was spotless, easy to access, and the location/parking couldn't have been better. Vincent was responsive, polite, and super helpful. After using Airbnb for several years, this was our best experience!

Overall the Airbnb was nice, especially enjoyed the pillows on the bed. However, there was miscommunication of fees. The vacation rental agreement did not state that there was a $50 mandatory amenities fee per person or that the front door automatically locks (that then could result in a $50 emergency open by the front desk). I reached out to the host to cover the cost due to this miscommunication and he refused.

Absolutely beautiful place. Even more beautiful in person. The complex is SUPER secure. Lots to do its right in the middle of shops and bunches of restaurants. I didn't want to leave. Very clean.

Vincent canceled our reservation, which had been made months in advance, just two hours before our check-in (he canceled at 2:00 PM, and our check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM). Our luggage was already at the building’s front desk. He caused irreparable damage to our trip, which had been planned with such care. Within those two hours, our only option was to book the first apartment we could find — there were almost no choices left.
Honestly, I have never experienced such a lack of respect in all my years using Airbnb. Vincent offered almost no explanation other than saying it was for “personal reasons.” I believe that if you choose to host on Airbnb, you should have more empathy for travelers. As I mentioned, unfortunately, this was an irreparable setback, and there was little to no support from him.

The apartment was beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The area is beautiful and is super walkable with tons of restaurants and shops. Vincent was super helpful and responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Vincent's place was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was in a really cute neighborhood that felt really safe. There was even a nice playground for our youngest within a 5 minute walk. The place itself was fun, quiet, and spacious. We ran into one issue with parking but the building staff was helpful to accommodate and we noticed some of the stove eyes were not working. Besides that we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s Airbnb. He was super responsive and made us feel right at home. The apartment was super cute and perfect for our girls trip. It was in a nice location to walk around and there are a ton of great restaurant options. With that being said, my only cons are unfortunately there is a $50 amenity fee per person so it adds quite a bit for a group. Also unfortunately, right after we checked out I remembered I left my new bathing suit out to dry on the balcony. I messaged the host to see if it could be mailed to me. I did not get a response and had to check in again the next day. The host said his cleaning staff did not find anything. This was unfortunate as I was not able to get it back and somehow it was “lost”. Definitely make sure you remember all your things when you leave.

Mindennek megfelelt olyan volt amire gondoltunk. A lakás színei berendezése nagyon modern. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek aki ebben a szállásban gondolkodik. Ha ismét Miamiba megyünk biztos ezt a szállást fogjuk ismét választani.

We were beyond amazed with this booking! From the moment I reserved until the end of our stay, Vincent was incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so well maintained. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Miami. We loved staying here. We are a family of 4 with two young children and this place was perfect for us. It looked exactly like the photo and description. Also, it was surprisingly much bigger than I expected. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots to do. Vincent was very helpful and communicative. We will definitely book this again next time we are in Miami.

Ficar hospedado nessa propriedade foi ótimo. O anfitrião responde super rápido e está sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas ou dar sugestões de passeio na cidade. Estávamos em um grupo de 5 e nos sentimos muito bem acomodados. O apartamento é bem amplo, exatamente como aparece nas fotos e a localização é excelente - muitas opções de lojas e restaurantes ao redor, um bairro muito agradável. O fato de ter garagem incluído também é muito positivo. Conforme descrito no anúncio, é necessário pagar uma taxa adicional para o registro no prédio no momento do check in - 50 USD por pessoa (ou por casal, se estiver em casal).

This condo is in a great location in Wynwood. You can shop and eat at dozens of places just steps from the building. Or you can walk to great attractions like the Wynwood Walls, The Paradox Musuem, and several parks. The beach is just a five minute ride away as well. The unit is very spacious and the building is very nice. Also I really appreciated the smart TVs and blazing fast Internet which allowed everyone to retreat to their happy places after a day out. I definitely recommend this condo if you are visiting Miami.

We had a great stay! The apartment is super cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was a big plus — so many great restaurants just steps away. The amenities were perfect, and honestly, I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Vincent’s place was brilliant ! It was larger than it looks in the pictures , super clean and the balcony was a bonus !!!
Close to lots of great shops and places to eat , in a neighbourhood with lots of personality. A little closer to the beach would have been ideal - but it was well worth everything else you get with this place . Check in was simple absolutely no problems - we will definitely book when we come back to Miami !

I’ve been coming to Miami several times a year for the past 8 years and this was my favorite Airbnb. The location is amazing, the corner unit is extremely spacious and the balcony is a bonus. Host was accommodating and responsive. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Check in is quite late at 4pm, just something to be aware of so you can plan accordingly. Early check in was available for us to request at a small extra cost.

Nous avons séjourné pendant huit jours chez Vincent pour fêter mon anniversaire à Miami et ça a été le meilleur logement dans lequel j’ai pu ces journées. La chambre principale avec sa salle de bain était juste nickel. Tout était d’une propreté remarquable. J’ai passé le plus bel anniversaire de ma vie. Ce qui est sûr, je reviendrai!

We loved the super cool vibe of Vincent’s place - it brought our Miami trip to the next level. Plenty of space to hang out inside the apartment, balcony and pool. Plus any and everything you need in terms of food and shopping is right outside. Wynwood neighborhood is walkable distance. Design District is the other direction - also super close. The kitchen has coffee, filters, oil, salt/pepper and all the dishes/pans you’d need. Beds were comfy. Everything sparkling clean and Vincent was easy to communicate with and friendly. The $50 per person condo fee is an add-on but it’s clear in the description and the staff is helpful and nice. We definitely plan to go back! Loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Vincent's. The apartment is beautiful and HUGE. There were 4 of us and there was more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen had all the cookware we needed and some basics like salt/pepper and olive oil. There were plenty of towels and pool towels as well. It's an ideal location with so many restaurants and Trader Joes right near by and close to Wynwood. The front desk staff were lovely as well.
There were a few small areas that could be improved still. It would help to have a dresser in the second bedroom as there wasn't really anywhere to put our clothes. Also the AC didn't work particularly well in any room other than the main living room space. You also only get 1 key and 1 fob which was a bit of a challenge with 4 people who were on different schedules.
There is also a $50 amenities/registration fee per person (or if you are a couple it is only $50/couple). This seems pretty standard in any Miami Airbnb condo.
We would def stay here again.

Apartment was in a great location, recently renovated, with cute decor. Overall we enjoyed staying there and had no issues with the apartment itself.
Only thing of note is that the Airbnb has 2 bedrooms and says it’s for 6 people. The master bedroom can fit two adults (maybe 3 if you squeeze), but the second bedroom only has 2 twin beds, 2 full grown adults can’t share those beds comfortably. Plus the sofa is not the type of sofa that anyone can comfortably sleep on. Something to keep in mind if you plan to be at full capacity of 6 adults.
The only other issue was the building check-in. Check-in was a tedious project that took 30 minutes as they took pictures of each guest and required each guest to sign multiple forms. The building also charges an “amenity fee” of $50 per person due upon arrival via credit card to the building. This was hidden deep in the listing description.
Overall we enjoyed the property and would recommend it to future guests with the above stipulations.

Such an amazing Airbnb, pics didn’t do this place any justice. Place was even better in person with so many photo ops. Location was perfect. Located in midtown right above and walking distance from multiple restaurants and lounges. Walking distance from Target and Marshalls in case you leave anything behind for your trip. Host was very responsive and gave amazing recommendations. I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. Extremely clean with comfortable beds.

Great space at a great location. I stayed here with my family, 2 kids under 6, my mom and husband. The building is next to a night club but we could t hear a thing from our 7th floor. House was pristine. On the first night we had an issue with the master bedroom bed to which Vincent was very quick to resolve. If we are ever back in town I would definitely look into staying at Vincent’s place again.

Positive:
The place itself is high end: very modern, new, stylish and specious. We loved every piece of furniture in it and also the beautiful balcony. Location is just perfect. We needed by international airport, it was just 10 minutes away and no noise from planes. Also parking was available and included in price. It’s very important in big cities and we had a car. It’s so in the middle of parks, shops… very pretty part of Miami and very clean.
Negative:
Couple things I did not like. First, we never had a chance to use a pool ,cos of hurricane it was shut down.Second, I believed price for place seemed appropriate when I was paying for it on line. But after I booked everything already I got an email where it said that I need to pay amenities fee $50 for each person by arrival. It was 3 of us.. so count. And I couldn’t do cancellations at this point already. I thought when you book the hotel it’s included in price, that’s what you pay for: amenities !!!
Another thing, it’s 3 of us and it’s only one key for everyone…???!!!
And another down side was the security thing about the whole building. It was such a hustle and bustle with those keys to go to parking is one key, to go lobby another… and at the end they ask you to leave the keys in the unit after I check out… how do I get down from the unit without the key? You can’t even get into the elevator without keys!!! When I asked reception guy if I can leave the key with him from the garage cos we had to leave by the car. He made a problem out of it.

We hebben het zeer naar onze zin gehad. We voelden ons gelijk thuis.
Echt een super locatie. Veel restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer schoon. En leuk ingericht 🙂 Het was ook handig dat we een eigen parkeerplek hadden in de garage. Vincent reageerde snel als we een vraag hadden en was zeer vriendelijk.
Wat ons betreft echt een aanrader. We zouden opnieuw bij Vincent reserveren!

Apartment layout is great. Interior design is lovely; location is superb. Apartment was lacking some basic things helpful for long-term stays - kitchen towels, bathroom rugs beyond a small shower mat. Not especially clean - hair in the bathroom, bedroom rug not vacuumed. No signs of bedbugs, but itchy bed. Dust mites maybe? Not sure. Not a great experience with the host. A few messages seemed to be from a bot. When it was a human, it felt like different people responding each time. Oddly, Host's profile photo has changed since I booked, and that isn't the same guy. Host did not tell me of construction on the building façade & balconies including mine (jack hammering) & renovation of unit above, even though I asked about construction noise as I was working remotely. Work began before I arrived, so I feel like it was something he should have confirmed with the building, since I asked so specifically. Work lasted the whole stay. Host unhelpful in resolving issue. Thanks to Airbnb support!

Very spacious and comfortable. We are extremely picky about our sleep and the mattresses were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. A nice walkable neighborhood. Everyone in our party didn’t use the amenities, which was a bummer, because we had to pay regardless.
