Positive:
Très bon emplacement au milieu de tout, la chambre est bien équipé avec une belle vue.

I wish I didn’t have to report bad news but this is the first time I had to cancel an Airbnb after the first night.
The place smells, the bathtub qas clogged with a lot of hair and I couldn’t even take a proper shower, but the worst part was the NOISE , they are doing some type of work and from 8am to noon the jack hammer noise was unberable, I’m not kidding, it didn’t stop in the entire 4 hours and on top of that the view was the main reason why I booked the place but there was a piece of wood on the outside of the balcony blocking the sliding door supposedly placed by maintenance, I was not able to go out there, I can understand if work needs to be done but don’t advertise things that are not available and communicate major loud construction, this place was not ready to take guests under those conditions. I’m just talking about my own experience, yours may be different.

The view from this room is absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were kind, responsive, and resourceful, and booking was smooth—overall customer service was 10/10.
Although we enjoyed our overall experience in the city, there were a few downsides to this air bnb stay…
Even if the AC was set to 71 (the lowest setting allowed) the room felt humid.
There were a few dead termites in the tub. After turning on the faucet to clear the tub out, the waters color first came out as yellow until clear. Not sure if that’s common in the area.
Almost half of the building is under construction, and this room’s window is covered by a blue film with ropes hanging outside. While it doesn’t affect the balcony, it was unexpected.
Final downfall is I assumed there was a pool based on Google pictures, but it’s currently empty and not in use. I take some responsibility, as I noticed after the fact, the hosts didn’t mention the pool as an amenity. I feel the construction could’ve been noted.

I stayed at this property recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. This was the worst Airbnb I have experienced so far.
There was a strong damp/moldy smell throughout the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was very loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, both the bed and pillows had an unpleasant odor, similar to sweat, which was not acceptable in terms of cleanliness.
The bathroom also had an issue where the water would not fully shut off, causing a constant leak. On top of that, the furniture, especially the table and chairs, felt very cheap and unstable, which added to the overall poor impression of the place.
I would not recommend this property in its current condition.

Positive:
I love the view! It’s an extremely cozy place fit for a solo trip.
Negative:
There was hair left in the bathroom (shower & sink). The glasses could be cleaner as well. Front desk staff were cool but sometimes they were a bit rude.

This is such a nice little spot to stay. Description and instructions are clear and accurate., the host is great at responding and offering ideas and places to go while in town. The views are beautiful, the apartment itself is cozy and clean. We have no complaints we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for having us!

Vincent is always responsive. Very smooth check-in process and he did help us on our earlier arrival. The unit is clean and the sunset view is breath taking. Shot lots of time lapse videos. We spent 8 nights and will definitely come back again!!

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The place is extremely clean, well organized, and exactly as described in the listing, with everything I needed during my stay. The view is truly stunning, and the location is perfect. Everything worked perfectly, and I will definitely stay here again.

Gute Lage, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, Bad ist nicht ganz sauber in der Badewanne gibt es Schmutz, Küche ist nicht vollständig mit Geschirr, Alexa und TV sind super

O apto possui uma belíssima vista, ótima localização considerando nossa programação e compromissos, equipado com todos os itens necessários. Atendeu ao que precisávamos em termos de acomodação. O prédio é seguro e os funcionários são atenciosos, com destaque ao Sr. José. Estacionamento para veículos também muito cômodo. O entorno possui posto de combustível Shell perto e uma excelente loja de conveniência. O hostess Vicent é extremamente rápido no atendimento e atencioso. Foi uma estadia agradável!

Vincent‘s place had all the amenities. They have a beautiful kitchen with full size appliances. They offer the coffee maker and the coffee. There’s a blender, a toaster. Dishes everything you need.
The sheets were all clean, and the place felt cozy. Last, but not least the views are absolutely amazing, day and night. ! I will definitely be back.

Positive:
Undoubtedly, the location in South Miami. The free parking lot is helpful when you rent a car.
Negative:
The room needs some fixes, especially the bathroom (toilet and mirror). I think the accommodation is only for a couple, not 3 or more. So, the extra bed (coach) is uncomfortable.
The washing and drier machines are shared (entire floor), and you need to pay as you use (affordable prices). I used them at night, so there were no big issues.
There is an extra charge for your check-in (USD 15.00 per person), and this should advise in the accommodation description.

Cons :
Balcony always smelled of pot.
Place is fairly small.
Barely any water coming out of shower head.
Bath tub always leaking.
Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap do not tell which brand they are.
Swimming pool had no water, which was not communicated in advance.
Dryer and washer is a long process to use.
Took 2/3 hrs to clear toilet issue, super inconvenient being pregnant.
It’s a motel, if you are traveling alone for sure we don’t feel safe, although we did not have any trouble.
Pros:
Responsive host.
Nice sunset view from balcony.
Aesthetic place.

This place was what you would expect from Miami. The outside and area surrounding doesn’t feel safe and the building from the outside is run down and don’t even look at the pool area…. However, it once inside I was comfortable, door lock wall needs to be addressed but the bathroom was clean, kitchen was perfect for 2 and the bed was comfortable. He was thoughtful enough to have umbrellas as we know it’s rains in SoFlo and you have to be ready… I was there for a week and it was great for me… I forgot to sign out of my Netflix and Max so remember to do that… overall I would give my stay a 4.5

Lovely place! Very clean, comfortable, stunning views, sunsets and sunrises! Very easy to find, parking was easy. Lobby personnel super friendly and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

It is an easy location to get to from the airport and easy to check in. Onsite parking was a great feature. The apt is a bit dated, and the flexibility of early check-in and late check-out was not there, so don't expect it. Otherwise, a good location and apt to stay at.

O apartamento do Vincent é exatamente o que está no anúncio. Possui o que necessitava para a minha estadia em Miami. Boa cama, cozinha com o básico para o uso durante a estadia, garagem gratuita, ducha ótima e uma bela vista.
Cumpre o que promete com um ótimo custo benefício.

The holiday let has not been properly looked after for visitors and I’m not sure the owner is aware of the issues. We were very disappointed when we arrived to find that due care hadn’t been taken for our arrival, to the extent that a broken blind had not been replaced. Meaning that we were unable to move the blind up or down for the duration of stay. When we reported this to the owner, their “maintenance team” never showed up, after asking several times. The air conditioning unit requires an update, it wasn’t working great and the apartment was always hot and it looks like it’s falling through the wall. The wall area surrounding the air conditioning unit was also crumbling away and looks like it’s been neglected for some time. We also reported this to the owner and we were told the “maintenance team” would sort it out, however as previously mentioned they never showed up. The pool which was advertised on booking.com was out of action for the whole duration of our stay. The shower/bath was mouldy around the sealant and again the bathroom just didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned for our arrival. Walking bare foot around the apartment and the soles of your feet are dirty which doesn’t give you confidence that it’s been properly cleaned. The apartment has a lot of potential as the view looking over the Miami skyline is great, but the apartment is a letdown and it has not been properly cared for, especially for guests.

The apartment is identical to how it looks in the pictures, very nice, spacious, includes all the amenities mentioned in the publication and the view is simply amazing. The host was always attentive to any questions or requirements in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again in the future.

I enjoyed the scenery. There was a park nearby that was close by and enjoyed walking there and seeing the reptiles sun bathed. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have to worry about noises at all. The only thing that I would suggest is lifting the light that hangs near the foot of the bed higher as I kept bumping my head on it.

This is one of the most beautiful place you can stay in Miami. The views were breathtaking from the apartment. We missed the sunset trying to make it to the beach but the apartment had the best skyline view sunset. The place was cozy and it’s more than enough for two. The fire tv was great and everything was perfect.

Très mavaise expérience je ne recommande pas cette appartement. Aucune clé disponible pour avoir accès 24h/24 à l'immeuble l'hôte ne me donnait pas l'impression de vouloir régler ce problème efficacement et rapidement.
L'air climatisé fait un bruit de l'enfer.
Le lit est si inconfortale que je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit sans parler du bruit
infernal que la base de lit fait lorsqu'on bouge dans le lit.
J'ai demandé un remboursement à l'hôte et il a refusé et il m'a redirigé vers airbnb.
Pour le prix on trouve beaucoup mieux ailleurs.
