La Marinita offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil waterfront setting to come home to and easy access to the energy, culture, dining, shopping, and entertainment that make Miami such a popular destination.

Getting around is easy when you stay with us. While we recommend renting a car for the most flexibility during your Florida getaway, Uber and Lyft are readily available in North Bay Village for convenient travel. Our property includes free parking on the premises, making it simple to keep your vehicle secure. You are centrally located for easy driving access to major transit hubs and local attractions, with Miami International Airport typically reachable within a twenty to thirty minute drive depending on traffic.

Full studio apartment at your disposal. We are nearby for any assistance.
Minimum stay: 1 month.
Building application: Required. The $100 building application fee is included in the booking price.
Stays longer than 90 days: A tenant screening application is also required, with an additional $150 fee paid directly to Tenant Evaluation.
All adult guests are required to present an ID upon arrival.
The front desk will assist with elevator access to the 3rd floor, given the necessity of a fob.
Guests should present their reservation email at the front desk for verification.
