Vincent was professional, responsive and very helpful. We came down for Miami music week and the Hardrock was booked like many other hotels that were $1000 a night and we found this spot for a fraction of that and it was very comfortable and will totally come down and book again with this Host.

Great communication with the host. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice view. The location is close to everything but you need car to be able to move through the city. Parking is available at the property without charge which is a huge upside in Miami.

Vincent was a great host and so communicative! He gave us great recommendations for places and coffee shops nearby. We also loved the location- it was nice to be able to walk around the property to the park nearby and it was only a short drive to North Beach and other great restaurants! You also cannot beat the view- the entire Miami skyline at night is incredible. Please keep in mind there’s no pool at this property (we were confused by some of the photos and past reviews) but there is free parking which is always nice in Miami!

Ubicación, limpieza del apartamento, facilidad de acceso, cama cómoda, parqueadero disponible gratis. Buena vista,personal amable y que habla español.
Negative:
Hay que mejorar la climatización del apartamento y disminuir la entrada de luz en la noche.

I had a fantastic and memorable stay at Vincent’s place. The apartment was clean, cozy and well-stocked making it a very enjoyable stay.
Very happy with communication with Vincent, he was prompt and helpful, making the process stress-free.
The beautiful decor, welcoming atmosphere and the amazing sunset views each evening made my stay extra special. The location was perfect for celebrating my Birthday and Vincent’s recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, activities were helpful.
Anyone seeking a wonderful Airbnb experience is recommended to stay at Vincent’s place.

Жилье было чистым и соответствовало фотографиям. Постельное белье было чистым, было все необходимое что бы готовить еду дома. Немного шумным был кондиционер но это не страшно, в остальном все было очень хорошо. Еще мне очень понравилось что в холодильнике была вода в фильтре, это было приятно

A lakás elhelyezkedése tökéletes, kilátással az öbölre és a belvárosra. Egy régebbi építésü társasházi lakás, minden tiszta volt és működött. Az öbölben egész nap kettő delfin úszkált ami teljesen lenyűgözött minket 🙂 Egyetlen számunkra zavaró dolog, a fali klíma berendezés nagyon hangos volt de azt lekapcsoltuk mert kellemes volt nélküle is a hőmérséklet. A szállásadó végtelenűl kedves és barátságos volt.

Very nice place to stay in Miami on a budget. Near to the beach and near downtown. Perfect for a couple. Vincent was a very great host, always asking what we needed, super attentive.

il est réactif accueillant et surtout disponible
le logement était parfait dommage que la piscine était en travaux mais Vincent n y est pour rien et nous avait avisé longtemps à l avance
parking pour voiture et bus juste en face du logement si besoin
je recommande !!!!

This space was fine for what i needed-place to stay for a business trip and i need location more than comfort. It was designed very cute and had what we needed. A bit dated in some areas. Kitchen and bathroom. The pool was under construction so that was a huge disappointment.

It’s was great to stay for few days.
Nice view to downtown and some water. What I needed. Pool and fresh air. Clean and quiet place. But first day they tooled our car for $40. Because they didn’t. Know it was our car c but we had yellow paper , I don’t know what we will do.
