We stayed here for a couple of weeks and were very comfortable. We were only two people, using the two bedrooms. It was hot hot outside while we were there, but the AC worked great and kept the whole home comfortable, day and night. The layout is spacious and the decor is pleasing. The couch is super comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities. We would have liked to extend, but it was booked after us, so we had to move out, oh well. We’ll be back.

Had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was well-maintained and made for a smooth, relaxing trip. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Whether it was getting around Miami, finding places to eat, or just enjoying the atmosphere, this Airbnb was the perfect home base. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

I’ve stayed at Vincent’s place before, and it’s always a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Wynwood and the Design District are within walking distance. The house is clean and uncluttered. The third room is a gym/workout space, which is a great bonus! I will definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect house for the F1 weekend. House was very clean, and right next to some amazing restaurants. It also cut our time to the Hard Rock Stadium in half. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The house was comfortable and was well fitted out. Vincent was super responsive.
Great water pressure in the bathrooms and comfortable beds.

The property was very cozy and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, there was a slight smoking smell, likely because the previous guest had checked out the same day. Although the property does not allow smoking, it seems the prior guest did not follow the rule. Vincent acknowledged the issue and took accountability, which we truly appreciated. Also, an orange cat occasionally visits the backyard — very friendly and a nice little bonus 😊

Had a great stay at Vincent's place. Vincent is an excellent host. Very responsive, resourceful, and flexible. The house is comfortable, looks newly renovated, and has great amenities. The only knock on it is that you can here the train pass by at night, but it is quite faint; it did not bother me. That area of Miami now has several restaurants, cafes, and bakeries close by so despite it being very residential, it does have some places to eat/drink that are walking distance. Highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite Airbnbs...my second stay. Great location...walking distance to the design district, wynwood, amazing restaurants, and activities. Vincent is polite and quick to respond, providing local recommendations. His home is clean, the kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Most importantly, the space is cozy with beautiful decor. I highly recommend.

My first time in Miami, and Vincent’s place was truly the most peaceful and pleasant spot to come home to. The hot tub was a huge plus, and the home was clean and centrally located to everything. I avoided downtown Miami at all times because of the traffic, so this place ended up being the perfect location for us.

This was one of the best airbnbs I had stayed in! It had everything to cook, which is a must for me when I’m traveling. It was walkable to the design district, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms practical, there were great books and it was beautifully designed! Thank you so much for a great stay!

My stay here was perfect. The house looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, and the backyard area was private. Vincent checked in a few times to see if anything was needed, which was also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property, very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only thing to note is the AC—the rooms didn’t get as cool as expected (there’s a fan, but I prefer sleeping cooler). Overall, a good experience.

We had a great stay at Vincent’s place. It was just as described, pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, minimalistic and spacious. The outside is a private oasis, very secluded and you can’t see the neighbors from within the property. We didn’t use the hot tub because it was so hot outside already but it was clean and inviting. Will certainly book with Vincent and this property again!

Vincent’s place was perfect for our trip. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed. The home was spacious, spotless, and had a fresh, welcoming feel. The AC worked amazingly well, which was a huge plus during the warmer days. We also really appreciated the private driveway with space for two cars. Would absolutely stay again.

The space itself was immaculate – beautifully decorated, thoughtfully arranged, and stocked with every little amenity you could hope for.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and it was truly a five-star experience! The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi situated under a beautiful mango tree. One afternoon, while I was relaxing, a ripe mango fell right beside me. I couldn't resist trying it, and it was the sweetest mango I've ever had!
The location was perfect making it easy to explore the area. To top it all off, the ambiance was enhanced by lovely scented candles throughout the space, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
This stay was not just about the amenities; it was an experience that I will cherish. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

We enjoyed staying at Vincent's place which was located in a quiet neighborhood near the Design District. There was an excellent coffee house nearby and getting to Miami Beach only took 10-15 minutes. And the hot tub was fantastic! Our one little concern was that the dining room and kitchen area was sunken in and the tile flowed continuously between the two spaces so we kept tripping on the little step down into the kitchen area. Otherwise, we fully enjoyed the house, deck and location.

Vincent’s home was so beautiful and extremely clean. All the furnitures and beddings were so comfy. I love the workout room with the weights and yoga mat. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely book again next time we are in Miami.

I was so pleased to see the place looking like it did in the photos. The space was great and kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary supplies. If I had to choose a negative, the conditioner was the same as shampoo. Other than that, everything was pristine!! Thank you!!
