The house was very comfortable and made for a very pleasant stay.
It was extremely clean.
Proximity to local shopping and restaurants was a plus.
Will plan to stay here again when next visiting family in the area.

Caroline was an exceptional host from start to finish. Communication was seamless, clear, and timely, which made the entire experience stress-free.
The home itself was immaculate, truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, thoughtfully set up, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the closet space was massive, and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout.
Check-in and check-out were effortless with a simple and secure entry code, which made coming and going very convenient. The home is also located in a safe, quiet, and pleasant neighborhood in Kendall, which made us feel completely at ease during our stay.
I was in town celebrating my uncle’s 70th birthday, and this home made the trip even more special. I’ll absolutely be staying here every time I return to Kendall. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This was the perfect spot for our weekend away. The place had everything we needed and was central. Vincent was extremely helpful and very communicative prior and during our stay and even provided recommendations for us. He was accommodating in terms of additional things we needed like ensuring early delivery of packages were moved securely in the property before we arrived. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Miami

Vincent hosted my work crew at his beautiful rental for about a month, and our stay was seamless. The home was clearly well-maintained, well-stocked, and spotless upon our arrival. Communication with Vincent was seamless as well, with quick and friendly replies. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

This home was a good size for our group. It could have been cleaner but I did communicate that with the host so hopefully improvements are made. The pack n play is actually a dream on me portable crib just as an fyi.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. The house was gorgeous, just like the photos and had a great back yard. Nice main bedroom with an amazing closet. Host was incredibly friendly, always responded immediately and was quick to offer assistance right away when I let him know the toilet handle was broken. It still worked so we let him know it could wait until Monday. The main bedroom bathroom could have been cleaned better, Otherwise the rest of the house was clean. I had thought there was a hot tub in the photos… but there wasn’t one when we got there. The location was excellent and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend!

I booked this property very last minute after a terrible experience at another Airbnb where the home looked nothing like the photos. It was already late at night, and I’m so grateful I found this place — it was exactly what I needed! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The backyard was such a nice surprise, set up perfectly with games and space to relax.
The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — they messaged us to let us know they were gifting us a box of chocolates, and when we arrived, there was a thoughtful welcome gift with snacks, popcorn, and Vitamin C packets waiting for us. It was such a nice touch! The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable too.
The only small note I’d suggest for the host is to provide a few more dishwasher pods for longer stays — we were provided two pods for a one-week stay. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful, and I would love to stay here again!

This home was clean and cozy, tastefully decorated and spacious. Loved the backyard, my family and I were able to have some quality time sitting outside by the mango tree and under the fans. Beds were comfortable and home is well taken care of. Definitely would consider staying here again! 🙂

Beautiful home, located in quiet area of West Kendall suburbs. I lived in the area before. It’s family friendly and super safe. The home is exactly like in the pics modern decor and appliances. Loved our stay would definitely come back for another stay! The owner was extremely helpful and responsive even at late hours.

This place exceeded my expectations! It’s ideal for a group of friends. The host was super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. The only minor downside was that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times. But overall, it’s a really great place to stay!
