Caroline was an AMAZING host! She went above and beyond to ensure that my son and his roommate had a wonderful stay at their place. We communicated often & she was very quick to respond! If I am ever in this area, I would definitely stay here! Highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s place! She was an incredibly warm and hospitable host who made check-in seamless, communicated quickly, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really made my trip. The duplex was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and quiet—perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again.

I would never stay in another bnb owned by someone who doesn’t know how to check out the mold. There was so much black mold in the bathroom as well as blood on the wall and piss stains on the floor. The house looked like it wasn’t cleaned before we got there and it was 80° in the house for 2 days before the temp went down. Unclear instructions that we were “allowed” to change the temp because of the sticker on the thermostat. The neighborhood is not very safe so lock your car.

5-stars across the board, from location to cleanliness and comfort. The host is very proactive in communication and our stay was fantastic.
My only concern with this experience was regarding the check-in process. The host had online checkin via an external (non-Airbnb) platform that required me to upload pictures of drivers licenses or passports for all members of my group. In my opinion, this was a hazard to the security of our personal identification and privacy. Additionally, this requirement was not communicated to me prior to booking.

Stayed here for a week with my family. We were out and about most days so we didn’t need anything spectacular, mainly just somewhere to sleep and recharge. The place is definitely smaller to how it appears in photos. Parking space is small so if you’re planning on taking more than one car, don’t. The listing says maximum 6 guests, I definitely wouldn’t recommend going over 4 adults. The place served its purpose and was functional for our trip. It was clean, well kept and ready for guest arrival. The host was very welcoming, easily reachable and responsive.

This stay was really a blessing!! Not only was the home comforting and cool, but the host also had extra towels, beach umbrellas, etc. Caroline was extremely responsive and helpful!! if I could rate higher than 5, I would! 10/10 will try go rebook this listing first when we come back to Miami!

We had a very disappointing experience. We arrived after 1 AM (the host was informed in advance) and had difficulty locating the property. The address did not direct correctly in Waze or Apple Maps, and the house number was small, poorly marked, and incomplete. We only found it using Google Maps.
The toilet was already clogged and unusable, with no plunger available, forcing us to leave around 2 AM to find a restroom. The area also felt unsafe at that hour, with multiple police cars responding to an incident nearby.
The pullout couch was stained and unsanitary, so it could not be used. We left the next morning for alternative accommodations.
While the host was responsive during normal hours, the property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, functionality, or guest experience.

Cute home in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Caroline reached out to us throughout our visit to make sure everything was ok, and to offer local suggestions. A very nice bakery and a couple of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. An easy enough drive to Miami the Everglades and the Keys. I think it would be difficult without your own car.

Caroline's home is perfect. clean, freshly remodeled. Beds are super comfortable. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this home.

Loved this place and location. Supermarket, shops, gas and restaurants were close by. The airbnb even had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels for the beach. We enjoyed our stay. I definetly recommend this place.

Overall, I would give the place a 8/10. The initial appearance of the home requires some upgrades; however the inside is clean from the bathroom to the bedrooms. The sheets and towels are clean and everything is quite organized in each bedroom. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood felt safe with no issues coming late at night. It just requires cosmetic attention from the initial encounter of the home.

el apartamento es muy lindo, hay pavos reales en el sector perfecto si vas con niños, parques no hay cerca, pero el barrio es muy lindo y tranquilo, en el lugar hay varia vegetación por lo q podrías ver animales
la host nos dejo bastante shampoo, acondicionador y jabón para cuerpo, así q super bien por ahí y 3 rollos de papel higiénico, adicionalmente siempre estuvo atenta a las recomendaciones

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s place! For the price, this Airbnb is truly a hidden gem. The space is spotless, very clean and well-maintained and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to us was how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is, while still being incredibly close to everything. Whether it was restaurants, shops, or main attractions, everything was just a short drive or even a walk away.
Caroline was also a fantastic host, super kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. You can tell she truly cares about making her guests feel at home.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value, convenience, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

We traveled from San Diego to Miami for a Graduation. Caroline’s place was so clean, comfortable, peaceful and we felt right at home. The decor is so cute! The neighborhood is nice and the host is super friendly. Highly recommended and if we are ever in town again, would definitely stay here.

We arrived a little early and the place looks nothing like the photos. The windows are being secured with bars. Bed frames ripped, couch looks completely worn, disgusting smell of smoke mixed with dirty sewage. Host didn’t respond until Airbnb support had to contact her. She was very rude and inconsiderate. Didn’t want to provide ANY refund even when we never stayed one single night there. She made the refund process difficult, her attitude sucks, and she had no customer service etiquette to attempt to fix the situation. I traveled to Miami for surgery so imagine my surprise when we entered the Airbnb to all of those issues. This is my first and only negative experience & I have used Airbnb all around the US AND internationally. After the chaos with this booking, I may never use Airbnb services again. Such a scary, unsafe experience for two women traveling to have surgery done but the WORST part was the failure to offer any kind of compensation or understanding for any of the issues.

Caroline was really quick to reply. It was a cute place, but we froze the first night because the heat didn't work and it did mention that, but Caroline had someone come and turn it on for us. There were issues non stop with the toilet not flushing so I had to open the tank and jiggle the line for the tank to fill up just to get it to flush. The tile in the shower had some mold on it. The blinds in the dining/livingroom were not able to close to have privacy. And our last night there, my son that was sleeping on the couch had a little mouse visitor that he watched running across the floor to the kitchen. The washer/dryer was a great bonus while we were there to clean our clothes and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed for our stay.

We used our stay to get familiar with the area for job opportunity. We were able to get quickly to the new office and we enjoyed the area. The house and neighborhood was quiet enough to work remotely and had plenty of space between the bedrooms and common areas.
While we were not on vacation, we appreciated the host proactively providing us with local recommendations for activities and restaurants.
We liked having a full working kitchen so we could also cook meals after visiting one of several nearby grocery stores.

Neighborhood quiet, check-in easy, looks like the photos, nothing fancy, a few kitchen appliances clearly hastily installed but largely function. Bed relatively comfortable and style of bedroom furnishings was modern.
BYO oven mits, sharp knives, and kitchen towels if you want to use the kitchen!

Caroline was responsive, and the place looked nice until we got to the property. This place was professionally photoshooted as the property is really old and does not look like the images on the app...all that would have made it ok for a 4-star review if it has not been because the mattresses had some filthy stains...we did not end up staying at the property and had to go to a hilton hotel in homestead...Airbnb got involved and luckily we got a full refund but it took a lot of fighting because the realtor that called me
(Erika) was apologetic, and our conversation ended up on a positive tone, and she said that she was going to let Airbnb know about the issue but actually that never happened and that's when Airbnb requested proof of us staying in a hotel in order to flat cancel the reservation

The place was nice, clean and confortable for the four of us. I chose the place only because it was closed to my grandparents’ house and it has easy access to different stores. However, I don’t like the followings: (1) the crib was not set up before my arriving and I don’t have spare bed sheets for this. (2) the A/C was too cold for us during the night. (3) the bath does not have a plug and I could not use the bath for my baby. (4) the neighbors are not quite, they were making a lot of noises during the night and my baby could not sleep. (5) I had to sign an internal agreement with the owner when I have never done this with airbnb before.
In the future, I need to consider to review these details before booking an airbnb.

Super little place conveniently located for access into and out of Cutler Bay and near the best Cuban bakery in town. Caroline was a lovely host. Quick to communicate, understanding of my need for the place (own house renovated, needed to make changes at last minute cause of delays) and able to accommodate. The house needs work. Dishwasher not installed correctly and the unit and drawers fall out when you open the dishwasher door. One knob on stove was broken. Pull-out couch mattress was missing. Also missing dishes, pots and pans, tv remote, lightbulbs, etc. Could be cleaner, mold around tub. Has potential - nice finishes - but needs TLC.
