 As per the developers, the building's height will reach 295 feet when it's completed, making it one of the iconic buildings in Downtown Miami.

5. 501 First Ave South

The building is located in the heart of downtown Miami and is referred to as a condo-hotel hybrid. Affinity Residences is building a new community in Miami, Florida. The project will offer a variety of housing options for all ages, including apartments, condominiums, and penthouses.
