We have two options for receiving mail. Standard deliveries can be dropped off at the Reception Office. For secure, 24/7 access, we also utilize a locker room.

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.
★ PET POLICY:
No pets allowed.
★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted. Monthly rentals only, with a building application and lease process.
Access to the entire apartment is granted upon building approval.

Adherence to CDC cleaning standards with thorough disinfection and exterior surveillance cameras.
★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Expect tropical conditions with diverse local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.
