The location was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s close to most attractions and is a peaceful retreat. Definitely recommend staying here.

This house is in a great neighborhood. The yard and pool are well kept. There’s plenty of shade! Inside, the home is very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked.
Our host was very thoughtful in preparing the home for our stay and communicated extremely well about arrival, key codes, passwords and the little things you don’t think about until you get there. I would definitely recommend this cottage for your stay!

Awesome stay in Coconut Grove! We visited our son at UM and this was a perfect location. It’s a quick drive to both Coral Gables and Coco Walk. The neighborhood is quiet and just beautiful and the house backs up to a lovely park. Our animals enjoyed the fenced yard. Lots of shops, restaurants, and grocery within a close drive. Vincent was very responsive and checked on us during our stay. So nice to escape our winter weather back home and sit by the pool in the Florida sunshine for a while! Can’t wait to come back!

Vincent’s home was everything we needed for family weekend at UM. Conveniently located, beautiful, spacious. The outdoor space was perfect for us to hang out and for our dogs to frolic safely, as it is completely fenced in. Will definitely book with Vincent again!

Communication was perfect from the beginning. Vincent is very attentive and helpful host, the house is beautiful and well equipped. Plus the location was perfect and the pool is very nice!!!! 100% would recommend staying here. Thank you so much Vincent for everything.
