I had a wonderful time in Miami and really enjoyed my stay. The house has a very nice decoration that makes it feel welcoming and comfortable. The location is excellent—it’s close to Wynwood and only about 15 minutes from Miami Beach, making it very convenient to explore the city.
The only thing to keep in mind is that there is just one bathroom shared by the entire house, so it may require some consideration if the house is fully occupied.
Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend staying here.

Great stay! We felt right at home. The apartment was comfortable, had AC, a lovely garden, and convenient parking. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, while still being close to Miami’s main attractions. Everything was perfect. highly recommended! Thank you Vincent.

the host was very on top of communication, and instructions , answers within timely mattered , unfortunately the space could have been cleaner , massive ants in front of home door before entering , bed sheets smelled like massive bleach , following night there was massive bugs we told host asap and they got it handled turned out to be termites we think maybe could be due to construction next door , needs to be updated , even windows

I had a wonderful time in Miami and really enjoyed my stay. The house has a very nice decoration that makes it feel welcoming and comfortable. The location is excellent—it’s close to Wynwood and only about 15 minutes from Miami Beach, making it very convenient to explore the city.

Great location for everything we wanted to do. Communication was good!
However, not the cleanest home as we found a dead bug and the floors weren’t very clean and also we were provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people and asked to have more and nobody ever addressed it.
Overall, it was a good stay.

It was my first time booking an Airbnb, and it was definitely a great experience. Everything was local, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house felt cozy, clean, and just like home. Vincent checked in regularly and responded promptly to messages. I will definitely book again!

The neighborhood was quaint and walkable to fun shops and restaurants. If you’re a light sleeper bring a white noise machine because there is a train very close by that comes at night and the occasional plane.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out.
We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area. Would happily stay again! Thanks again Vincent!

Vincent and his place were exceptional. The home was excellent, neighborhood super, and the hospitality was great and flexible!

This place was groovy and the vibes were just right. Decor of the house matched the weekended vibe and it was so close to everything. I was there for a festival and it made it so easy to get there n back.
Only downside was the house was surround with wasp nests and we couldn’t really enjoy the backyard but once I told Vincent , he responded right away and sent someone to take care of it.
Will stay here again , overall great experience!

I had a fantastic stay at Vincent’s property! The home was exactly as pictured, clean, and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need. Communication was fast and responsive, and the access instructions were clear and easy to follow. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I regret to share that my recent stay at this Airbnb was disappointing due to several significant issues.
Upon arrival, the shower was inoperative, and it took numerous phone calls and messages before repairs were made, causing considerable inconvenience.
More distressingly, we were locked out of the building for 2.5 hours due to a malfunctioning door, requiring a locksmith's assistance.
All communication was handled by an assistant; I never interacted with Vincent, the supposed host, leading me to question his existence.
The host declined to offer any compensation for these incidents, which I found unsatisfactory.
Additionally, the windows are in need of renovation.
Consequently, I have filed a complaint with Airbnb regarding these matters.
Overall, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
