★ REGISTRATION FEES:
A one-time fee of $50 per guest or family member is required, payable at the building front desk upon check-in. Spouses and minor children are considered a single guest.
★ PRIMARY BEDROOM:
Relax in a serene bedroom featuring a King bed with en-suite, ample closet space, and a Smart TV.
BEDROOM 2:
Features two full size beds and ample closet space.
★ LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA:
A stylish and comfortable space with a sofa for ample seating open to the dining are with a dining table for 4, and a Smart TV.

A modern walk-in shower designed for your relaxation and rejuvenation.

Fully-equipped for your culinary needs, complete with a coffee machine and various cookware.

Enjoy our beach umbrella and chairs, pool towels, putting green, 24-hour front desk, and two elevators. The BBQ area is perfect for an afternoon grill session.

★ PET POLICY:
Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please check with us for weight and size restrictions.
★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Packages can be held at the front desk, provided no mailbox key is required. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.
★ EXTRAS:
Concierge services available for booking boats, chefs, massages, and more. These services are provided by local third parties and are not affiliated with the property owner. We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
★ PROVISIONS:
We provide essentials like WiFi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib, toiletries, linens, and towels. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.
★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.
★ SAFETY:
We adhere to CDC cleaning standards, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras are installed for security.
★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise level post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Expect tropical conditions with regular pest control. Encounters with local wildlife are possible.
