Apartment was in a great location, recently renovated, with cute decor. Overall we enjoyed staying there and had no issues with the apartment itself.
Only thing of note is that the Airbnb has 2 bedrooms and says it’s for 6 people. The master bedroom can fit two adults (maybe 3 if you squeeze), but the second bedroom only has 2 twin beds, 2 full grown adults can’t share those beds comfortably. Plus the sofa is not the type of sofa that anyone can comfortably sleep on. Something to keep in mind if you plan to be at full capacity of 6 adults.
The only other issue was the building check-in. Check-in was a tedious project that took 30 minutes as they took pictures of each guest and required each guest to sign multiple forms. The building also charges an “amenity fee” of $50 per person due upon arrival via credit card to the building. This was hidden deep in the listing description.
Overall we enjoyed the property and would recommend it to future guests with the above stipulations.

Such an amazing Airbnb, pics didn’t do this place any justice. Place was even better in person with so many photo ops. Location was perfect. Located in midtown right above and walking distance from multiple restaurants and lounges. Walking distance from Target and Marshalls in case you leave anything behind for your trip. Host was very responsive and gave amazing recommendations. I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. Extremely clean with comfortable beds.

Great space at a great location. I stayed here with my family, 2 kids under 6, my mom and husband. The building is next to a night club but we could t hear a thing from our 7th floor. House was pristine. On the first night we had an issue with the master bedroom bed to which Vincent was very quick to resolve. If we are ever back in town I would definitely look into staying at Vincent’s place again.

I absolutely love this place. It's decorated so beautifully & the beds are so comfortable. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Vincent was so responsive, I couldn't have asked for a better host & a better stay!

Positive:
The place itself is high end: very modern, new, stylish and specious. We loved every piece of furniture in it and also the beautiful balcony. Location is just perfect. We needed by international airport, it was just 10 minutes away and no noise from planes. Also parking was available and included in price. It’s very important in big cities and we had a car. It’s so in the middle of parks, shops… very pretty part of Miami and very clean.
Negative:
Couple things I did not like. First, we never had a chance to use a pool ,cos of hurricane it was shut down.Second, I believed price for place seemed appropriate when I was paying for it on line. But after I booked everything already I got an email where it said that I need to pay amenities fee $50 for each person by arrival. It was 3 of us.. so count. And I couldn’t do cancellations at this point already. I thought when you book the hotel it’s included in price, that’s what you pay for: amenities !!!
Another thing, it’s 3 of us and it’s only one key for everyone…???!!!
And another down side was the security thing about the whole building. It was such a hustle and bustle with those keys to go to parking is one key, to go lobby another… and at the end they ask you to leave the keys in the unit after I check out… how do I get down from the unit without the key? You can’t even get into the elevator without keys!!! When I asked reception guy if I can leave the key with him from the garage cos we had to leave by the car. He made a problem out of it.

Logement parfait avec une super belle vue et très spacieux ! Localisation excellente 🙌 le seul petit hic serait le bruit du matin avec des travaux sur l’autre immeuble en face … sinon rien à dire.

We hebben het zeer naar onze zin gehad. We voelden ons gelijk thuis.
Echt een super locatie. Veel restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer schoon. En leuk ingericht 🙂 Het was ook handig dat we een eigen parkeerplek hadden in de garage. Vincent reageerde snel als we een vraag hadden en was zeer vriendelijk.
Wat ons betreft echt een aanrader. We zouden opnieuw bij Vincent reserveren!

Very spacious and comfortable. We are extremely picky about our sleep and the mattresses were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. A nice walkable neighborhood. Everyone in our party didn’t use the amenities, which was a bummer, because we had to pay regardless.

Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable and excellent location. Would absolutely stay again without hesitation and I am extremely picky.
