Great place, great host.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very walkable with a beautiful view from the balcony. The host was incredibly helpful and even left a thoughtful snack bag which was such a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to the Metromover Omni Loop, making it easy to get around the city without needing a car.
Caroline was an exceptional host—very responsive, proactive, and always willing to help. She provided great recommendations for things to do in the area and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, all fees and rules were given to me upfront. Her communication was excellent from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend staying at this property to anyone visiting and wanting to explore Miami.
I will definitely stay here again in the (hopefully near) future.

Alles tiptop. Sehr gute Lage (allerdings etwas Flüglärm aber nur wenn Balkontüre geöffnet).
Ein Besen oder Staubsauger wäre ganz gut wenn vorhanden ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung.

This place was really nice with an amazing high-rise view. It’s about 10 minutes from the beach (closer to 20 with traffic), which was super convenient. Valet parking is $75 per day on top of a $35 nightly fee, so it would be nice if those extra costs were included upfront. Overall, though, it was a great stay—10/10 recommend! The host was very kind and communicated well throughout.

Great place for a stay in downtown Miami! We were here for Miami music week and Caroline’s place was a perfect central location to all the major club and event spaces nearby. The view is incredible and the place is very clean. We had access to the hotel’s pool and spa as well. Caroline was very responsive and proactive about ensuring we had a positive experience. A great host to have on hand during your trip! Will definitely book here again when I return

Caroline’s place was absolutely perfect for our weekend get away! The place is beautiful and was just as described. The building has security so my friend and I felt very safe leaving and returning. Caroline was very responsive throughout our entire stay and offered recommendations for things to do/places to eat in the area. The location is central to parks, restaurants, night life, etc. I would definitely recommend her place and would stay here again myself!

The apartment was beautiful, great views. The pool and service were perfect. Communication with Caroline also was great. The only problem I had was that I had to pay a per day fee that wasn’t stated in the listing.

Caroline was an amazing host! She was very response and helpful. Check in was very flexible and everything we needed was told ahead of time. The unit had an amazing view and was great for a short stay. The location is near a lot of activities and restaurants as we were able to walk to a lot of places. The only thing that could be improved is the bath tub had stains upon arrival and the heater in the unit was not working (as it was cold during our stay). Otherwise, this place was GREAT!

Perfect stay! And perfect location!
Caroline was an excellent host and the room was clean and perfect. She even left a wonderful welcome bag of snacks that was so appreciated after a log day of travel! Pool and gym all amazing , close to restaurants and Sephora would stay again!!

Caroline was extremely responsive and welcoming! I appreciated how proactive she was and ensuring we were all set during our stay in Miami. The building was beautiful and in a perfect location that was easily accessible for ride sharing services and more.

EVEN THO BNB say all fees are included apon arriving you are force to pay an additional 40$ per night for access to amenities not including the spa mandatory she does not disclose that clearly when booking . And on tho of that the spa is 50$. I would not recommend this stay at all the air conditioner constantly leaks the host doesn’t check you in or interact with you at all so if any issue are with your room being that it’s a bnb you have to wait for the host to come solve any issue and she is not reliable at all . Completely false advertisement . States the pool is included in your stay which it definitely isn’t the co host also Checked us in two hours later and states the host frequently mis leads guest of air bnb .

Caroline was very helpful all the time. She responded my questions in a prompt manner and gave me some suggestions to eat out. The apartment was clean and with an amazing view of downtown Miami and Brickell. There’s plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall near the building. I would definitely come back next time.

This is such a cute spot and was perfect for my stay.

Very clean and comfortable. They even have a baby carriage for families with a baby and I thought that was super thoughtful. View is also amazing ! Will definitely be coming back 🙂
