The "Grove" packs in a whole lot of charm, history and culture into a relatively little area along Biscayne Bay. Mixed in with the bohemian bungalows, independent book shops and locally owned cafes. CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 10-minute drive.

Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.
★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.
★ SAFETY:
We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.
★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
