We enjoyed our stay. The house met our needs. There were four adults and two kids aged 4 and 2. We did have to move some ornaments to make the place child friendly – but that was easy.
It’s a great location for privacy and nice walks in the neighborhood. You feel like you’re in an oasis.
The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable.
It’s very easy to drive into Coconut Grove or head off towards Fairchild botanical gardens.

This house was lovely. The furniture is beautiful. The area is really peaceful and lovely. The house is exactly as subscribed. The bathroom is great. Vincent was a super helpful and responsive host and we really appreciate having stayed at their place. It felt like a home away from home.

The little bungalow is really sweet and full of character, cosy, nice art, books, well equipped, no complaints there.
The bed linen needs an upgrade from polyester to cotton and it would have been nice to have had fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases that fit the pillows. The beds are a bit weird with masses of foam in the mattresses.
The second bathroom is teeny tiny, not easy for sharing, the shower needs a proper descaling as the water was more like drops than a shower.
The main bedroom suite is gorgeous and spacious and the house would be perfect for 2 people or 3.

We loved our stay at Vincent’s place! The house is exactly as pictured, extremely comfortable and homey. The neighborhood is so peaceful - the tree lined streets made for great walks. Vincent was also quick to respond and helpful which is greatly appreciated. Would love to come back!

One of the most charming homes I’ve ever stayed in in Coconut Grove. The back primary bedroom is so beautiful with all of the natural light. The pool in courtyard is impeccably maintained. I would love to come back and stay for a month!

We have family in the Miami area and are out there several times a year... I am not exaggerating when I say this is the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at out there! First of all, this location is perfect. You're a short drive away to amazing restaurants and shops, but the neighborhood itself is so peaceful/private! It's so lush and beautiful and the wandering peacocks are an incredible bonus!
Vincent was an amazing communicator and even worked with our odd arrival/departure times. And once we got into the house, we were so impressed! This place feels more like a home than a soulless Airbnb. The design and decoration touches were so thoughtful/tasteful. I have a very high bar for that kind of stuff, but this place is even better than the pictures! We loved hanging out with the kids in the various outdoor spaces. Hammock, pool, bbq area... We loved it all! Also, everything was spotless and completely clean! You will definitely not regret booking this place!

absolutely love this home! The neighborhood is peaceful and feels very safe, with beautiful peacocks wandering around and lush greenery canopying the streets. It feels tropical and serene the moment you pull in.
The location is fantastic—just minutes from The Grove’s cozy coffee shops and restaurants, as well as Merrick Park Mall and the Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.
The outdoor TV and grill area are perfect for hanging out and watching a game. Inside, the bedrooms are comfortable, relaxing, and filled with natural light, with plenty of closet space in each room. The kitchen is high-end and ideal for anyone who loves to cook (my husband certainly does!).
There are several charming spots around the property to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. If you’re like us and enjoy peace and quiet but still want to be close to everything Miami has to offer, The Grove is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to come back!
