Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości.
Super lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży a po drodze 24/7h CVS i fajna restauracja.
Ładnie wysprzątane
Sam apartament zadbany i dobrze wyposażony (dodatkowy plus za świetne wyposażenie kuchni oraz ,parasol, krzesełka i deskę na plażę)
Proste zamleodwanie i wymeldowanie

Negative:
Parking zgodnie z opisem jest ale trzeba mieć na uwadze, że większym samochodem korzystanie z niego może być nie możliwe. My mieliśmy Nissana Sentre i miejsca było na styk. Ewentualnie między CVS a blokiem jest strzeżony parking.
Drobne uwagi do:
– klimatyzacja była bardzo brudna i lekko z niej kapało
– nie za bardzo jest na czym suszyć mokre ubrania/ręczniki
– taras mocno zaniedbany. Przydałoby się chociaż naprawić przegrodę od tarasu sąsiada.
– przydałby się przynajmniej po 2 komplety ręczników na głowę przy tygodniowym pobycie.

Location is great and has parking included, which usually is pretty expensive in the surroundings. Beach chairs were awesome and made our beach days more fun! Caroline also was always present and was very helpful!

Everything was perfect. The building is quite old but the unit is perfectly maintained. Location is great for beach, trolley to south beach and bus conections. Two supermarkets nearby just a few minutes walking. Would return for sure. Thanks Caroline!

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. Nos quedamos a pasar fin de año y el lugar está súper bien ubicado en Miami Beach. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía cómoda y días de playa. El edificio es una infraestructura antigua, sin embargo es bastante tranquila y una zona segura. El departamento está lindo, remodelado y moderno. Recomendado 100%!!

La ubicación es genial, al lado de la playa, de 2 calles principales donde hay tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito, totalmente necesario en esta zona. El apartamento tiene todo tipo de utensilios y comodidades, incluido 2 sillas y sombrilla para ir a la playa. Los vecinos son gente amable, en especial la vecina de al lado con la que congeniamos muy bien.
Negative:
El tráfico y el ruido que hay en las calles de alrededor.

Caroline’s place was in a great spot, and close to everything in Miami Beach! Accessing the property was super easy, and she was very communicative. The place was clean and I would stay again!

Tuve una muy buena experiencia en este alojamiento, ingreso sencillo, buen aseo, correlación entre las imágenes y descripción contra la realidad, barrio seguro y con excelente conectividad. El estacionamiento es muy estrecho (lo que se me advirtió) y tuve un par de inconveniente porque algunos vecinos no respetan los espacios asignados, pero Caroline siempre tuvo excelente disposición para solucionar estos inconvenientes.

Le fait que ma carte a été chargé deux fois dont une facture est en attente de confirmation et j'espère que cela est juste un erreur et que la chambre ne me coutera pas 1700$ mais seulement 875$ comme le disait le contrat.

Alojamiento bien ubicado, lugar con acceso a todo tiponde movilización, frente a edificio pasa transporte público, incluso desde el aeropuerto, también la parada del troley gratis que recorre todo miami beach. A la vuelta de la esquina están las citybike de Miami. uber llega sin problemas.
Una CVS a la vuelta de la esquina, wallgreens cruzando el puente.
El depa es idéntico a las fotos. todo nuevo y funcionando, todo impecable, la limpieza extraordinaria.
Incluye sillas y toallas para playa. hasta tiene una plancha a vapor.
Buena presión de agua y siempre caliente.
Sin duda nos alojaremos acá en nuestro próximo viaje

Ottima posizione, molto vicino alla spiaggia, cucina ben attrezzata e parcheggio molto comodo vista la zona dove non ce ne sono gratuiti e pochi. A disposizione molto utili un ombrellone e 2 sedie da spiaggia
Negative:
Vicino ad una strada abbastanza trafficata giorno e notte. Poche finestre e che non si aprivano. Balconcino non utilizzabile perchè sporco e adibito a pattumiera. Consiglierei di valorizzarlo di più.

Overall, I had a really great stay at Caroline's place. her place was very clean, modern, and had plenty of space for 2 people. the beach supplies were appreciated because it saved us from having to rent chairs at the beach. the area around was very walkable and had a cvs just around the block. the stop for the free trolley is just across the street and made it easy to get around. I will note that the area can be very loud at night due to the main road / loud cars. overall, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Miami beach again. Caroline also checks in and is very responsive which is nice.

La ubicación es buena, el lugar es cómodo, tener cocina y garaje ayuda con los gastos. El trato es vía mensaje pero enseguida solucionan cualquier inconveniente. Es una buena opción para Miami, la playa está a 2 cuadras y hay 2 sillas, sombrilla y toallas para playa. Enfrente pasa un tren gratis con varias frecuencias para recorrer miami
Negative:
En mi caso no tener lavadora en la habitación, aunque había en el edificio. En general el edificio está bien aunque le falta un poco de mantenimiento.

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und gut und an sich stylisch ausgestattet (Küche, Sonnenschirm und Stühle). Die Lage ist super, es muss nur eine Straße bis zum Strand überquert werden. Es gab einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, was super ist, da es umliegend keine kostenfreien Parkplätze gibt.
Negative:
Der Keller stand leider unter Wasser und in der Eingangshalle war ebenfalls Wasser und ein wirklich übel-riechender Geruch. Die Ausstattung war an manchen Stellen defekt und etwas abgewohnt (Bett war durchgebrochen, Sofa war löchrig, Balkon unordentlich und Müll vom Vorgänger). Lässt sich aber sicher alles durch den Vermieter beheben. Die Wände sind extrem dünn, unser Nachbar hat bis 2:00 Uhr nachts laut Musik gehört und gesungen.

PROS:
-Hosts are SUPER responsive, and were patient and helpful through messaging. They were VERY pleasant and very very helpful with my numerous questions. (I am pretty new to airbnb)
-Location is great, parking space is great to have (and like everyone else says - it's small. Get a compact car)
-VERY very nice that they provide some beach stuff (chairs and umbrella). That actually saves a ton of money versus paying for chairs and umbrella rental on the beach. Super convenient.
CONS:
-The only significant problem is that the bed and bedframe were really jacked up. Sharp exposed screws that we both got stabbed on along the floor. The rest below is fairly insignificant and not show stoppers.
-Building is kinda run down and not so appealing, but the unit itself is not. It's updated, clean and nice to be in.
-They should specify that the washer and dryer are not in the unit, and that it is coin operated. It's great that it's there, but would have been nice to know is all.
-The garage is definitely scary but it's not like you hang out there. It gets really flooded with rain.
-Shower really needs an exhaust fan and the ceiling is suffering without it, but idk what can be done about that.
-Could really use a couple more things for cooking with the oven specifically (like a cookie sheet or pans). Get yourself some tin foil in the meantime if you are gonna use the oven.
-The beach equipment IS great; would be even better if they had a beach bag to carry stuff over with. Don't really wanna buy one just for a few days use, ideally. If they were cheaper, it wouldn't really matter.
OVERALL - Yes, would absolutely recommend. Very small unit, but all of the benefits make it worth it for sure.

Muy buena ubicación. Estacionamiento free. El departamento estaba muy completo para cocinar y estaba muy lindo. También tenía reposeras, sombrilla y toallas para la playa.
Negative:
La cama, si bien era muy comoda, estaba rota y hacia que tenga inclinación para un lado.

The place was very clean and as described. Very close to the beach. The parking Is a little tight but our rental car was a camry and it fit just fine. Will definitely book if we come to Miami Beach again. Thank you Caroline

A great vacation spot & excellent value! We had a great time being a five minute walk from the beach and a short Lyft ride from downtown Miami and many attractions & restaurants. We did not have a car but this area was pretty walkable and we could easily get rides, so long as it wasn't raining. The included beach chairs and towels were very convenient, but we also used ResortPass to use a nearby hotel's pool and beach lounge area, which was awesome!
We only had issues with noise a couple times (the apartment next door seems to have a sound system), but other than that it was fantastic!

A nice apt close to Miami Beach. Read the ad carefully if you are bringing a car-- the parking is TIGHT. We had a convertible and were barely able to fit. There is also a light that shines outside the front window, where the bed is, so some blackout curtains would have been nice, but otherwise, a great little studio.

This place was great! The location was incredible, one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. Parking was tight but definitely experienced worse. We were lucky because there was no other car. Having beach chairs and umbrellas was a lovely touch. Bring an eyemask and ear plugs if you're a light sleeper! It was very bright and loud at night--but it's Miami so it's expected! Caroline was responsive and the check-in/out instructions were super clear! Would 100% stay again.
