Located in a building in the heart of downtown. Close to 2 pharmacies, wholefoods, convenient store, 2 blocks away from the metromover (free metro btw downtown and Brickell), and the bay front park. The place was a studio with a queen size bed- very confy, the kitchen had everything you need, pans, pots, cups, glasses, measuring cups, etc etc. The bathroom is large and the shower had good adjustable pressue and temperature. There was a good desk to work, as well as a table, sofa, and tv. The room has AC and a walk in closet.
The building had a great gym, pool, and sauna on the top floor.
We only got only one fob+key, but was enough for us. The elevator, for which you need an fob, could be crowded at times, but this was all as expected.
We had a great time overall. The host really provides an amazing high quality place where to stay. Highly recomended.
Vincent responded to all questions immediately and was very kind at all times. We have no complains!

Great location, and an enjoyable stay. The paperwork required before arriving is a bit much, and there is a $100 application fee per person.
