Problemas
1) estacionamiento MUY malo (piso 20)
2) las cortinas de la pieza no se cerraban entonces me despertaba temprano

I had a fantastic time staying at Vincent’s property, me and my friends stayed here during a music festival and it was perfect. the apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Even during our stay I would message Vincent with any questions and he responded fast and was helpful.

One of the best I would say apartment, location, host and a parking spot in entire Miami! Apartment itself clean and neat, all the appliances inside to make you feel at home, location is the best it’s 5 mins slow walking to Brickell city center! And the view from this amazing apartment is breathtaking worth of every penny, if you’re reading this trust me don’t even blink go-ahead and rent this gorgeous place to make your stay memorable and breathtaking, so once again thank you Vincent for such a lower pricing. And lastly Vincent, he’s a great host with great communication skills, you feel that he definitely cares about your stay and experience, no matter what you need he’s there for you and that all makes my stay the best Miami trip ever! Vincent thank you again!! We’ll see you again!

Overall we had a good stay. The apartment is well decorated, spacious and clean.
The building is very busy, with long wait times for the elevators (15+ mins on the weekend). But the staff is friendly and helpful. Vincent was also very friendly.
The apartment was stocked with the basics you’d expect in a vacation rental, but not a lot else. Probably better suited for a short term stay than long term guests such as ourselves.

Todo esta muy bien, solo falta que se coordine mejor a la hora del check-in ya que tardaron mucho en registrar a los huespedes, y que los huespedes que salen dejen las cosas donde dicen que se encontraran, por ej. el control, la llave ya que estas no estaban donde deberian.

Vincent’s place was great! More than enough room for three of us over a long weekend. Very comfortable bedding, it felt like we were right at home. The apartment also came with a washer/dryer setup, which really came in handy! The building the apartment is in is very large and bustling, but there was never any delay with getting an elevator or waiting for a ride. We went all over Miami and most rides were between $10-20, depending on the traffic. Lots of stuff within walking distance too. I’d really recommend staying here if looking for a spot in Miami!
