Caroline was a great host and very responsive. I had to pay an additional $50 amenities fee upon checkin which I wasn’t aware of when choosing this space.

We stayed at Caroline’s apartment for two weeks and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is excellent—walkable, with great restaurants, shops, and lovely balcony views. Getting to South Beach is easy, with direct bus lines (36/36A) nearby.
The apartment is clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and crisp white sheets. However, the fridge pictured in the photos was broken, and we had to use a small minibar fridge, which was inconvenient. Hopefully, this has been resolved.
If you have a car, the garage is in the building, but the entrance is on NE 32nd Street—a detail not clear from the instructions. Note that check-in costs $50 per person (unless you’re a family), and leaving luggage at reception costs $25.
Caroline was friendly and responsive, and despite some issues, we enjoyed our stay.

LOVED the location, it was in the heart of it all. There is everything you ever will need within walking distance like clothing shops, target, a park, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The host was incredible. She responded fast, was super helpful and flexible. The apartment was free of clutter, it was beautifully decorated and spacious. The amenities and parking were a big plus as well. The only downside was that the apartment had a particular bad odor in the bathroom and kitchen that we were not fond off. Also the refrigerator was not working but the host did provide a small additional fridge.

We had a great stay, location is very central, clean and nice apartment, you dont hear noise, a lot of stores within a few minutes walking, garage was very easy. Would go back here. Only complaint was that the bed was a bit soft.

Caroline was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Great location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and things to do. Security was top notch and checking in/out was smooth. Only blocks away from Wynwood, and in a high end neighborhood.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, geräumig, in einer sehr angenehmen Gegend und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut haben uns der Balkon und der Pool gefallen.
Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes leider Probleme mit dem Kühlschrank, was Caroline aber kulant gelöst hat.
Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und auch gerne wiederkommen.

Caroline's Place is a fantastic option if you plan to stay in an unbeatable location. A variety of stores and restaurants are just outside the building. The place is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect, for sure we will return. The only thing to improve, is the check in process when arriving by car, because you first have to get inside the appartment, in order to get the parking card that allows you to enter the garage

We had a great stay at Caroline’s place! The location is excellent - located a block from lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping and a 15-20 minute walk to Wynwood and the Design District. Caroline’s place was clean and cozy with a lot of amenities. Great building/building staff, balcony views, and pool. Caroline is a very responsive and kind host and I would definitely stay again!

Felt very much at home, there’s everything at walking distance. The only thing was the pool was always filled with bees. I had to consecutively throw them out because of my baby. Everything was perfect!

Loved my stay at Coraline’s home. Caroline is very responsive and helpful. It is located in a very convenient area you will be near many great restaurants and stores. Check-in was very easy. The parking garage was secure and connected to the building. The apartment was clean and cozy. The only issue was the fridge stopped cooling and freezing. I
would definitely stay again!

Great area, very walkable. The unit was very clean, but we were not provided a key upon our arrival so we had to contact the host who sent us outside to retrieve a spare. Not a good first impression. Other issues inside the condo where main TV did not have a remote, one of the stove top burners did not work, and the outside receptacle didn’t work either. Very difficult to sleep as well because blinds did not block out light. Also, I found it ridiculous that we were only provided one key during our stay, very impractical for 2 grown adults to do our own thing. Also, beware That the door automatically locks without warning and we were charged a $50 lockout fee with no assistance or compassion from the host in absorbing the cost.

We had a great time staying at Caroline’s place in Midtown. The location is amazing, in a very central location with lots to do. The building staff are helpful and polite. The place
was spotless when we arrived and a guest guidebook was provided which I found very helpful.
Caroline was a responsive and proactive host. Would definitely recommend and come back!

A Perfect place to stay in Mid-town Miami. Caroline was very prompt to response all your queries and making sure we had an amazing stay.
All most all the store that you need is with in 2 mins of walk. Starbucks, Trader Joe, Target, Chipotle, most of the restaurants, bars are right next to the building.
Most importantly, we felt secure in this Mid block building as they monitor the enter and exit.
I would 100% recommend this place to stay with family.

This is a nice apartment in a centrally located midtown building. It's spacious and has a good terrace. It's clean and comfy. Lots to do nearby and you can walk to basically anything you would need (trader Joe/ target etc).
The building is busy with lots of Airbnb types coming and going. We were there for a month so maybe noticed this more than most.
The amenities are good, the pool deck is great for sunset. The gym is ok.

Very clean - exactly as described. There is a check-in fee of $50 per guest charged by the building - just FYI. Also if you need early check-in (which I did) that is another $50 charge. But the location is excellent - tons of restaurants right outside the building, Trader Joes down the block, lots of stores to shop in as well. And very easy to get to other neighborhoods from this location - Wynwood and Design District are both in walking distance, and an easy Uber/Lyft ride anywhere else. One thing to note that someone else mentioned - the entrance to this building is in the middle of the block, not on the corner. It took me a minute to find it. The bed was comfortable - nice clean white sheets like a hotel; big bathroom, great shower, terrible hair conditioner - think it may have been mixed up with the lotion. And there was no full-length mirror. Overall this airbnb is run like a hotel room - which I liked. I would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was an amazing space and was very comfortable. Major perks for us were having Trader Joe’s (our favorite grocery store at home) right across the street and a Target one block away. The area was clean and a good central location to stay. The free parking was a great amenity!! The garage is clean and felt very safe. Wynwood Walls was the coolest area and only a few blocks away. Definitely within walking distance if you don’t mind walking a few extra blocks.
Overall we are extremely happy with our stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a cool spot to stay while exploring Miami.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. I have been to several AirBnBs, and I can say without a doubt that this has been my favorite.
From our first exchange of messages, Caroline and her team were extremely professional. The manner in which they responded was always timely and being sure to follow up for any details.
The front desk personnel at the actual building were also very professional as well. I found them to be kind and on top of what was needed for check-in.
Considering the fact that it’s a mixed building, with residents and air BnB s, I actually chose this place BECAUSE of how strict they are. It’s what keeps the building flowing in a clean way.
Traveling with dogs can sometimes prove a mission, but this unit made travel so easy and seamless.

Well worth it! Caroline was very responsive and helpful. The place was in the perfect location in Midtown, 5 min walk from design district and a few steps from numerous restaurants. The unit itself was perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. I booked the apartment for my husband’s birthday and we had a small dog with us. I was happy the place is dog friendly, and is situated in a great neighborhood. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet during the night and we slept really well. The only small issue we had was at the check-in. It turned out they ask for $300 pet deposit for the dog in form of check or money order. We didn’t know that and had to look for options where to get a check. It was good news though that we got the deposit back at the check-out so there is no actual charge for the pet. Other than that everything was very nice! Really recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
