We had a great stay! Everything was super clean, tidy and easy to find. Location is super close to my parents’ home so this will be a great option for future trips! Caroline is super responsive and a wonderful host.

The location was quiet, private, easy to locate and a very good neighborhood.
It was generally clean.
The apartment was homely and i would stay there again minus the bed and tub issue.

We used our stay to get familiar with the area for job opportunity. We were able to get quickly to the new office and we enjoyed the area. The house and neighborhood was quiet enough to work remotely and had plenty of space between the bedrooms and common areas.
While we were not on vacation, we appreciated the host proactively providing us with local recommendations for activities and restaurants.
We liked having a full working kitchen so we could also cook meals after visiting one of several nearby grocery stores.

Good value for the price. Communication with our host was smooth. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The location is right next to publix and a lot to do nearby.

My stay was great! The bed was super comfortable and the space was super clean. Caroline was very friendly and answered all of our questions and was always responsive whenever there was anything that we needed clarity on. I loved the place and would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

I really enjoyed my visit, thanks to Caroline. The house was beautiful as pictured, clean and in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Caroline was very responsive and helped me some a minor challenge. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home.

Bit pricey cleaning fees.. The neighborhood is just average. Otherwise just an ok place to rest during travel.

The place was nice, clean and confortable for the four of us. I chose the place only because it was closed to my grandparents’ house and it has easy access to different stores. However, I don’t like the followings: (1) the crib was not set up before my arriving and I don’t have spare bed sheets for this. (2) the A/C was too cold for us during the night. (3) the bath does not have a plug and I could not use the bath for my baby. (4) the neighbors are not quite, they were making a lot of noises during the night and my baby could not sleep. (5) I had to sign an internal agreement with the owner when I have never done this with airbnb before.
In the future, I need to consider to review these details before booking an airbnb.

Value for money. close to Publix and restaurants

Well, there are some minor things that can be improved which do not have real impact on your stay like missing microwave or front door that needs some attention.

Super little place conveniently located for access into and out of Cutler Bay and near the best Cuban bakery in town. Caroline was a lovely host. Quick to communicate, understanding of my need for the place (own house renovated, needed to make changes at last minute cause of delays) and able to accommodate. Stylishly decorated inside with a really well kitted out kitchen. Thank you Caroline
