Negative:
Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Desde nuestra llegada encontramos una habitación en malas condiciones: había vidrios rotos, presencia de cucarachas, la melamina de la cama estaba desprendida y, además, el olor constante a marihuana en los alrededores hacía muy incómoda la estadía.
Cuando reportamos los problemas, la solución que nos ofrecieron fue fumigar mientras nosotros aún ocupábamos la habitación o trasladarnos a otra ubicación. Ninguna de esas opciones nos generó confianza, considerando el estado general del alojamiento.
Para empeorar la situación, durante nuestra estadía apareció un aviso oficial de violación del Código de la Ciudad de Miami Beach colocado en la puerta del inmueble, relacionado con el uso de la propiedad para alquileres de corta duración. Esto nos hizo cuestionar seriamente si el alojamiento cumplía con todos los requisitos necesarios para operar y nos generó una gran sensación de inseguridad.
En definitiva, esta fue una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado. Considero que un alojamiento debe ofrecer condiciones seguras, limpias y transparentes para sus huéspedes. Lamentablemente, este no fue el caso y no lo recomendaría.

El alojamiento de Caroline fue tal como estaba en la descripción, ubicado en una zona inmejorable, accesible a muchos puntos y con salida a una playa hermosa. El depto es pequeño, ideal para 2 personas, la cama estuvo cómoda y las sabanas limpias. Había toallas y silletas para la playa.
La anfitriona respondía rápido y muy amablemente. Muchas gracias Caroline!

Excelente apartamento a pocos pasos de la playa, con supermercados y restaurantes alrededor, tiene parada de autobús muy cercana, con una linea directa al Downtown de Miami. El apartamento cuenta con utensilios de playa. La comunicación con Caroline es excelente.

ATTENTION!! This rental and location is beyond words. Everything in the room was amazingly clean and organized. North beach was very peaceful and very walkable to many delicious restaurants. Caroline was more than helpful with local recommendations and assisting me in getting situated upon my arrival. Two thumbs up! 10 out of 10. Borderline 11!
I wouldn’t for a moment hesitate staying there again!!

El departamento tenía una ubicación excelente a pasos de la playa , comercios de todo tipo en los alrededores . Muy cómodo y tal cual las fotos . Caroline siempre respondió al instante las consultas sugiriendo lugares y ofreciendo su colaboración en caso de necesitar algo . Un lugar para volver ! Tenía sillas de playa y sombrilla muy necesarias para no tener que salir a comprar. Bus en la esquina para ir y volver a south beach o al Centro de Miami

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die wunderschöne Lage, die wirklich etwas Besonderes ist. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin jederzeit sehr kommunikativ, freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est tellement pratique, près de la plage, près des restaurants, près des commerces, près d’une salle de spectacle et près du transport en commun. Ce logement s’adapte à tous les types de voyageurs. Vous allez adorer!

This is a small, but perfect space! It's so close to the boardwalk and beach. We walked to many great neighborhood restaurants. It was a drive to get to any "things to do," but if your plan is to relax on the beach and eat delicious food, you couldn't ask for a better location!

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Miami and I have to say Caroline‘s place has been the best so far it’s totally remodeled and so convenient to everything down in Wynwood. I will look for openings and come back to Miami again only when I can rent the same place.

This place is Next To couple of restaurants that are amazing and very affordable. There is a constant lineup to get into these same Owner establishments. There is a walk up bar that has mango smoothies, empanadas beer you can take to the beach and very good Cortado's. The mother restaurant is next to this and it's all Cuban and it's all very good. The room in the adjacent building a timer view. Here was quiet. It's easy to access and is as close to the peaches you can get. For me this is a perfect location for the fact that there is enough amenities, nearby, grocery store, drugstore massage, parlor, coffee, sushi, hamburger smoothie and lots of the usual beach equipment stores. I booked during an expensive time of year, but I stayed at two places during this trip and this one was much better than the first.

Everything was perfect 👌🏻 Caroline was disponibles when I needed. Fluid communications. Sweets attentions were fabulous. I spent with my husband a magical moment during 7 days. For sure we back soon. I recommend the air BnB. Perfect environment. Thank you again for all Caroline.

Just a few steps from the beach and restaurants. That was great. The place itself is VERY small, NOT professionally cleaned, at all… some areas had so much dust that it was disgusting to look at like the fan, trash can and couch. The bed was comfortable but also smelled a bit like cigarettes at times. Host was great but the price per night is a bit too high imo. I just wish the place was a bit cleaner for the cost

Perfect place for a couple. Steps from the beach, with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The Boardwalk is lovely and goes for miles. Bike rentals and a city park nearby. We’re already planning our next visit.

We had huge issues with cockroaches! During our stay we have found smaller and bigger ones every single day. Per the host there is regular pest control, however, it just did not felt like it’s true, given the intensity and amount of roaches. The building itself is very old, a renovation would definitely be needed. The only thing valuable in the place is the location: it is right at the beach and close to all the restaurants and cafes. Caroline was very responsive, however sometime the conversation felt like chatting with an AI, getting out of context messages. Due to flight cancellations we had to extend our stay by one night. Overall I would not recommend to stay here as long as the cockroach issue fixed!!!

Great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. It’s very close to the beach and good restaurants and coffee. It’s very small but we spent most of our time out and appreciated the convenience of the location.

L'appartement est équipé avec ce dont nous avons besoin (cuisine bien équipé, articles de plage, serviettes, produits ménager, etc). Il est assez spatieux pour un couple.
Nous avons eu un problème électrique probablement dû aux réno sur le bâtiment, que Caroline a réglé en 12h.
Il y a un problème de coquerelles. Malgré l'entretien parasitaire, nous en avons vu plusieurs bien vivantes (adultes et bébé) à tous les jours.
La dernière chose que je trouve qui pourrait être améliorée c'est d'offrir plus de flexibilité sur les remboursements si jamais un client le demande. D'offrir seulement 14% alors qu'il reste 4 nuits sur 7 au séjour j'ai trouvé ça trop peu.
Dans l'ensemble j'accorde quand même 3 étoiles puisque Caroline a été aimable et disponible. Sans oublier que le quartier est géniale!!

Great place to be. We always stay in this condo but this unit is by far my favorite. Close to everything you need, no car needed. Trolley is available for free. Citibike’s are also around the corner. Conveniently located directly across the beach with beach towels and beach accessories provided. Coffee located just downstairs and next door. More of a local vibe which is exactly what you want. Host is very responsive and friendly!

Na chegada não foi a melhor experiência, eu não sabia que o hotel estava em obras, demoramos muito para achar a entrada, pedimos ajuda na rua, pois o Uber precisava ir embora e não achamos o local
Correto para ter um check in digno e respeitoso. Ficamos literalmente na rua procurando nosso hotel, tudo mal sinalizado e até descobrir atrás de um casal que estava hospedado no hotel que tínhamos que entrar pela parte de trás, demorou mais de 45 minutos. Também não sabíamos que nos EUA usava-se um cofre em formato de cadeado, demoramos muito para conseguir entrar, não tinha elevador pois entramos pela parte dos fundos próximo à lavanderia e o depósito de lixo. Foi uma experiência péssima , pois estávamos com 4 malas e sacolas. Demoramos muito tempo para achar o cadeado. Para piorar Apareceram duas batatas no nosso quarto, uma na cama e outra na fogão. Eu matei antes que minha esposa vise, pois ela tem medo de baratas.
E também nosso quarto não era na frente do hotel, acordamos com barulhos das máquinas que estavam fazendo obras quase na janela do nosso quarto. Foi péssima experiência. Estamos em viagem de lua de mel. Muito triste por isso .

Although the property is on the beach, the building was under construction during my stay which meant beach access was obstructed and loud noisy construction trucks right in front of my room. This really should have been disclosed upfront, as I would have changed my plans on where to stay.

Just a heads up: it’s not a super quiet room. There is construction going on the street, so it can get a bit noisy (nothing that a pair of ear plugs can’t fix).

From the moment I received. Caroline, the host, showed very friendly patience and understanding, instructions were well on-point, the location itself was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely stay again whenever I'm in the area!

The are is going a huge remodeling by the city, from March to December this looks like a war zone. Bulldozers, trucks, working crews. The road is closed, you cannot get with your car to the apartment. I wish I knew this before renting.

Overall the place was great! The kitchen was everything we needed but didn't cook. just used microwave, fridge, and sink. Shower was smaller than we expected from pictures. but still nice.
There is construction outside which we read in other reviews but its still going on and prevents immediate access to the beach, next entrance isn't very far but have to walk around the construction.
The coffee shop and restaurant right next to the place, Sazon, were both incredible. Free trolley stations were close, south bound is 2 blocks away and north bound is around the corner, which was great.

This is my fourth visit to Miami Beach and third time staying at 7300 Ocean Terrace. I love the neighborhood. Caroline's space is perfect for solo-travelers or couples. It is easy to access, clean, comfortable, and no frills. The location is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet. The beach nearby can be busy on the weekends, but in January it is not crowded at all. It is walkable to a variety of eateries and convenient stores, as well as the free trolley service to get all over Miami Beach. I would stay in Caroline's place again, if available.

5 min from beach, staff very friendly, the room is quiet itself. Property close to bus stops but around 1h ride from downtown. Has small kitchen with all you need except for mugs. Free toiletries in the shower. Some restaurants nearby. Publix is 10 min walk. There were some swimming gear(mask for underwater swim and small paddle board) that was nice. Also an umbrella
Negative:
Has induction cooker that didn't accept existing pan, thus couldn't fry, only boil. Wifi is quite weak - couldn't even send a picture. Duvet didn't have duvet cover - instead it was between two sheets and was uncomfortable.
The worse thing was that once i discovered a dying cockroach on the floor when i went out of shower, it was huge! The same i saw in the building hall as well, also on the floor and dying. Not sure where they came from, but was super scary. Must be that there are some in the building. Hadn't seen any after that, but didn't feel safe thereafter.
In the morning sun was shining into the window and woke me up, curtains helped but not totally. Also there was some noise from the street sometimes and woke me up.
The aitrcon kept making suttle but constant noise even being off.

Very clean. Instructions on how to get in and out were simple and in the VERY FIRST email, I received. This is an old building with a strong moldy smell, but the unit was modern and perfect for our short stay. It is a private studio unit and not a hotel. Fully renovated and very clean. Across the beach and with plenty of places to eat. It was very clean with an amazing and very comfortable mattress. Clean and fluffy towels. I appreciated the kettle and the Keurig, but there were no coffee or tea mugs. Not a big deal, I used the glass. The AC was nice, but we were not able to make the ceiling fan, which looked very nice and new, work. The remote seemed working as light up when pressed, but I couldn’t figure it out. It has 2 individual closets with hangers and drawers. This is a studio for only 2 people, no more.
Negative:
Even though I received several emails after the booking, I wish there was a contact email or phone number to reach in case of anything, but I guess if you read and follow the instructions will do it. It is more a gesture of making it more personal and giving the guest the sense of welcomed.

The best thing about the place is its location, next to the beach, close to places to eat, supermarkets and public transport. Very quiet and safe sector.
The improvement: since we stayed for several days, some implements were missing for cooking such as a frying pan or bowls.
The hostess is friendly and the price-quality ratio is ok so I would stay in it again.

tldr; There were a few major issues, and the management, while sounding polite, didn't do anything to help us.
There was a bug issue, multiple dead and live bugs showing up in the kitchen and bathroom area. This included cockroaches, which is a deal breaker for me personally. When contacted the management replied that they scheduled exterminators - and that they will show up *after* we leave. We were very close to moving out, except for the lack of availability of accommodations in the area for that same night.
The overhead lighting lighted up on its own at random occasions, including during the night while we're sleeping (happened 1-2 times on 3 of the 4 nights we stayed). When asked about this, the management asked for "a video" of this - as if I should wait in the dark for hours until the thing randomly lights up - instead of sending the property manager immediately.

Ubicación espectacular. Apartamento excelente, tiene closet que incluye sillas de playa, plancha y tabla de planchar, hasta quitasol y paraguas. La pequeña cocina en su interior era muy adecuada. La cama muy cómoda. Tiene una mesita y 2 prácticas sillas. El baño amplio y bien iluminado.
Negative:
La forma de acceder a la habitación no fue expedita. Nuestro viaje duró varias horas y durante ese tiempo no tenía acceso a internet. No sabía como ingresar y donde encontrar las llaves. En el restaurant del lado nos pudimos conectar y obtener las explicaciones del acceso... porque no hay una persona a quien preguntar. y los datos llegan al mail... no por wp.. A mi modo de ver esto provocó demoras que provocaron un poco de stress. Luego de acceder, todo estuvo impecable.

I have stayed in other units in the area but this one was especially clean and new feeling. The neighborhood is great, lots of restaurants and shops in close walkable distance as well as the beach. The host was very good at communicating and described the property accurately. Would definitely stay again!

There are many shops and restaurants.
Good room with useful staff: soap, shampoo, gel, coffee (respect from me), oil for grill and etc.
I like feedback on each our questions, I think it’s important and show that owner takes care about guests.
Negative:
1. Workers, every day they woke us up at 08.40 with very noisy sound. I came to them and explained that’s impossible to live like it everyday. they started to be careful. It’s not a bad point for this apartment but this information can be important.
2. Unfortunately, we met cockroaches 🪳 Hmmm.. This is big problem. Could be because of these workers under the room.

Location, location, location. Excellent modest studio apartment located just steps from the beach. Unexepected charming Cuban restaurant right next door - Sazon. Great food and excellent attentive service. They also have a small attached coffee and pastry show open only in the morning. Best coffee that I have had in quite a while.
