Valet parking only. Overnight rate of $75 per day, payable directly to the building. You also have the option for street parking and nearby parking garages at more economical rates.
★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.
★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.
★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.
★ SAFETY:
Adherence to CDC cleaning standards with thorough disinfection and exterior surveillance cameras.
★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
