Overall, this stay was affordable and met our needs for the trip! Caroline was very responsive. My guest and I ran into a few issues while there, but Caroline was quick to help! This is very close to the beach and lots of great restaurants as well.

Caroline was a great host and communicated clearly and consistently! We experienced some trouble with the Ac and the building having a partial power outage- She checked in with us multiple times and communicated with the building to have the problem expedited, very much appreciated! Cozy stay for price with great location to the beach and local food. Having a fully functioning kitchen and enough space to relax, this place worked great for the two of us staying a week. Citi bike, Free trolley, walkable to the beach, CVS and Walgreens. Primo Cafe around the corner also had great food and snacks! Thank you for hosting us Caroline and we hope to be back!

BOMB LOCATION!!! We stayed at this cute trendy vacation rental during the 4th of July weekend. Definitely fireworks! Literally 1 block from the beach! Located by many eateries and tourists attractions! They also had a FREE public transportation bus called the “Trolley” literally the routes varies as far as North Beach Mid Beach and South Beach just to name a few of many connecting beaches. This was GOLDEN!!! It was also 20mins from city of Miami and its international airport. How sweet can it be! The room came with the beach amenities (beach chairs, a blanket, a floaty and towels) Plush bed all with all white linens. Beautiful shower head, just the shower head! And of course a cute kitchenette. I wouldn’t change anything about the room or location! The owner even checked in on us to make sure our check in was smooth and even to see everything was going and how Miami was treating us! The owner was a Gem! It’s all was an hit!! And with a WIN WIN situation! Definitely booking again! Check em out!

Caroline was a great host. She was extremely responsive and professional. The apartment was exactly as it appears in photos - it was clean, recently renovated, a good size, and super close to the beach. The building itself was quite old and pretty dirty (there was a huge cockroach in the "lobby"). The apartment is very loud as the walls are thin and it's located right off a busy street. I lived in NYC for many years, and the apartment was even loud for me. It sounded like the traffic and honking cars were basically inside the apartment and you could hear everything the neighbors did.
It matched the expectations set and Caroline was a great host, but the location was slightly out of the way and if you're visiting Miami in the middle of the week, you can get a better deal at a hotel.

The host was always responsive and had great recommendations and places to check out while I was there for a short trip! The space is inside a slightly older building, but the apartment itself is extremely clean, furnished and had all listed amenities. The only thing was there is a slightly musty smell when you immediately enter the apartment, but it goes away within a few minutes when you turn on the AC and room fresheners are also available. Overall a great stay, especially for the price with good hosts and in a location where you can easily get to some of the prime highlights on Miami Beach either walking or a short Uber ride. Happy to have picked this location!

Wonderful apartment in the best area in miami. Carolina was a great host, always responded quickly and had excellent communication. There’s also a walk in closet which was a huge plus. The apartment had all I needed it was perfect! very much looking forward to coming back

Nos encanto el departamento todo muy bien cuidado y con lo necesario para disfrutar los días que estuvimos.
El departamento se encuentra a pasos de la playa y esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. El unico alcance que podemos hacer es que el edificio no estaba en tan buen estado como el departamento y no se aprecia en las fotografías. Mas allá de este ultimo punto, Caroline fue muy profesional para atender todas nuestras dudas, fue una gran estancia.

Omg stop looking.this is the place to stay!!Amazing location!!! I had a great time staying at Caroline’s place. There were so many great restaurants close by that my boyfriend and I decided to eat out for every meal. Lol there’s a Cuban diner within a 10 min walk and the food is amazing!! Breakfast for 2 for $20!!! The bed… absolutely comfortable, to the point where it was hard to get out of bed in the morning, felt like home. Location was perfect. Literally 2 blocks away from the beach. The beach was so calm, not like south beach with noisy music. The beach was relaxing to lay out and it’s not congested with people. Pretty safe neighborhood. For the price we paid it was deff worth it. The kitchen is beautiful! So much fridge space. There are drawers to place your clothes so it doesn’t just sit in your suit case. Caroline was very responsive. Like SUPER ! Lol any questions I had it was answered within mins. Such a great host. Never had a very responsive host like her before.BOOK NOW!

Good location with pretty much immediate access to the beach. One downside is the noise from the road traffic (they love to honk and rev their car engines in Miami) which is quite annoying if you are a light sleeper and it’s a work trip. All other aspects of this place have been fairly positive and having a full kitchen set up was super handy. Caroline was superb in coordinating the process!

My stay was really nice! Caroline is a very responsive and friendly host. Parking can be difficult depending on the days you’re there, some local garages were only letting specific hotel reservations in and street parking was packed, but Caroline was very helpful in finding a location! The building is next to a very busy road and the noise isn’t blocked well as it’s an old building, so if you’re a light sleeper bring some ear plugs, but this isn’t the fault of the listing or owner so no detractions. Wonderfully convenient location for Miami Beach exploring!

Great locale for wife and I. Apple maps shows the most updated areal view and surrounding amenities. The Trolly, Bus, and Citibike right outside the building made it easy to tour the surrounding area. Mid Beach is beautiful. The boardwalk makes for an easy stroll to South Beach. The architecture is stunning. We didn’t spend much time in the room (3rd floor perpendicular to Indian Creek Dr. on North side of building). Miami is a popular global destination year round. Understand in Miami, no one is concerned with how quite you’d like it to be at bedtime. Indian Creek Drive is the only alternative to A1A and is quite active until the we hours of the morning. Expect to hear road noise traveling between buildings, IE sports car/motorcycle exhaust, car stereos, an occasional loudmouth. A little melatonin and noise canceling earbuds and it’s sweet dreams. Keep things in perspective, don’t sweat the small stuff, keep your expectations in check, get out the room and enjoy the beach! Returning!

Caroline was incredible and caring in her communication. Wifi cut out a bit but overall, decent! The unit is clean- the building is a bit rundown, but right near the beach 🙂

Great location super close to beaches. Clean and looks like photos. However, there is no sound insulation and this is right off major road with loud vehicles racing by at all hours. I had trouble sleeping. If listing mentioned this and made it my choice I would have given full five stars. Writing this review so you know what you’re signing up for and can make informed decision.

Loved my stay - super easy check in, location was AMAZING (literally two blocks from the beach), and the host was helpful when the few questions I had came up. Would definitely stay here again. 🙂

Hallo, wir waren für insgesamt 16 Tage Gäste bei Caroline, es war toll. Die Kommunikation hat bestens und zügig funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Beach. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor dem Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist komplett gemäß der Beschreibung eingerichtet inkl. Equipment für den Strand. Das Gebäude selbst in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen , aber das würde uns nicht daran hindern diese Wohnung für unseren nächsten Besuch wieder zu mieten. Vielen Dank Caroline für den schönen Aufenthalt bei Euch.

Great value. Room was well equipped and clean. Very close to beach, cafes and trolley. But it is located at the intersection of two busy streets and it’s extremely noisy. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time within Caroline’s property. The apartment was beautiful and clean. They provided almost everything we needed to enjoy ourselves on the beach. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the little balcony on the side of kitchen was very helpful to just sit out on and enjoy some tea in the mornings. I do wish the building itself was better kept as it could use a lottt of TLC (but obviously this isn’t Caroline’s fault).
Overall amazing time, Caroline was very attentive and offers extra amenities i definitely recommend and would love to try on our next stay!

Phenomenal stay. Perfect for two people. Super close to the beach, very convenient location, safe environment. It was beautiful and clean. Had some trouble with the main door, reached out and received an answer and solution in 10 mins. Very prompt hosts. Would definitely stay again.
