Good location, communication was excellent, and it served its purpose. High marks on the shower in the master bath; it’s worth its weight in gold.
However.
I wish I could have given this place a better review. The place itself is nice but it’s not the greatest place to sleep or eat. I think guests would appreciate usable implements in the kitchen and complete bed set ups. For example, the beds were uncomfortable, and two sheets on either side of a comforter do not make a comforter cover. Also, it should be made clearer the backyard is shared space.
All that being said, it is a cute little place, and the local cuisine is good.

Our stay at Miami at Vincent s place was wonderful! The location was perfect, to the University of Miami , restaurants and stores. House was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Vincent was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Kindly, Kymberly

My family and I had a really good overall experience staying at Vincent’s place. We stayed for two weeks and felt very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The area was super safe and quiet, and the location was excellent. Stores like Five Below, restaurants, and supermarkets were all conveniently just a 5-7 minute drive away.
A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be great to have more pots and pans available for cooking, especially larger ones. The ones provided were a bit too small for my mother-in-law to cook meals for the family. Additionally, I would recommend a more thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the apartment. Unfortunately, we noticed a roach in the kitchen when we first arrived, and during the last two days, my wife woke up to find one crawling on her arm.
Aside from those few issues, our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely stay again. A huge plus was having a washer and dryer in the unit — with kids, that was incredibly help

We had a great stay at Vincent’s place. The home was clean, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms, which were spotless and well-maintained. Vincent was quick to respond and communicated clearly throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience—would definitely recommend!

The home was clean and tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed. Host checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. We felt right at home!

There were a few little flubs with the lock and WiFi, but considering it was a holiday weekend they were very responsive and once corrected the visit had no other issues. Great location and layout for our needs!

Nuestra experiencia en este Airbnb fue excelente en todos los aspectos. Desde el momento en que reservamos, Vincent estuvo atento a cada detalle, respondiendo rápido y con mucha amabilidad. Nos hizo sentir bienvenidos incluso antes de llegar.
El alojamiento estaba impecable: limpio, moderno, con todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos detalles extra que realmente marcan la diferencia. La cama muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto (clave en Miami), y la cocina estaba totalmente equipada, lo cual nos vino muy bien.
La ubicación también fue ideal: en una zona segura, con buen acceso a supermercados, restaurantes y muy bien conectada con los puntos clave de la ciudad. Además, el check-in y check-out fueron súper fáciles y flexibles, lo cual agradecemos muchísimo.
En resumen, fue una estadía perfecta. Se nota el compromiso de Vincent con la calidad y el confort. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%.

My stay in Miami this past weekend was amazing! The Airbnb was stylish, well-kept, and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was lively but safe, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely book again!

Logement très agréable, plutôt spacieux, vous apprécierez deux belle chambre, avec chacune une salle de bain et un wc attenant. Un grand salon salle à manger et cuisine ouverte, une porte donne accès à une terrasse partagé avec le logement mitoyen, en effet c’est une grande maison séparé en 2. Vincent est un hôte très réactif et la communication fut très bonne et fluide.

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and close to main tourist attractions. Vincent was very friendly and helpful. This is a great option to stay if you travel to Miami, look no further!

Nous étions à Miami pour une compétition de voile et nous avons apprécié la proximité des services (épicerie, pharmacie, restaurants, etc) lesquels nous pouvions accéder
à pied. Le logement était propre et conforme aux photos du site. Le logement est grand et possède amplement de place et commodités pour accommoder 2 couples. JE recommande sans réserves l'appartement de Vincent.

The unit was spotless and everything was as described. The apartment has modern furnishings. Vincent was very responsive whenever I reached out to him.
There were just a few nit-picky things I wasn't expecting. It appears there are two other units on this property. The patio in the back is a shared space and so is the washer/dryer (located on the patio). So you might see other people through your windows walking by to access their units or the back patio (reducing the privacy). We just closed the blinds to avoid being surprised. It would've been nice if some basic laundry detergent had been provided (just as soap, shampoo, and dish soap). You don't normally travel with detergent and I don't want to buy it if I'm on a short trip.
The unit is very close to a new shopping center with Target, Sprouts, Panera, etc. You can actually take back roads and avoid getting on 1. There's a learning curve to master parking and navigating the center. But once you do, it is very convenient.

Una casa fantástica en un barrio muy bueno y tranquilo. Todo bien en general salvo que nos encontramos varias veces con pequeñas cucarachas en la cocina y picaduras de chinches por las noches. Por todo lo demás una buena opción para alojarse en Miami.

Excelente estadía
Las fotos y la descripción eran exactamente iguales. Un lugar muy cómodo y espacioso.
Una zona tranquila y con fácil salida a las principales vías de Miami.
La comunicación con Vicent fue excelente desde el primer momento.

The airbnb is clean and looks like it does in the listing photos. We stayed for a week and had plenty of space for a family of four plus our cat.
Vincent is a very responsive host and was quick to reply to messages we sent. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
One thing to note is that the washer and dryer is shared and was often occupied. We got our laundry done so it wasn't a big deal (two loads over a one week period) but you do have to spend some time constantly checking back to see if the machines are free.

We are really happy with our stay at this Airbnb. We were expecting a nice place, but when we got there it was even nicer than in the pictures, more spacious. We had everything we needed, including many towels (which we weren't sure we would get from the description) and some beach towels. It even has a common use washer and drier which comes in handy. When we first got there from the airport at night we had a bit of trouble locating the right door but we called Vincent through the website and he was really helpful and nice about it. Other than that, we haven't been bothered during our stay, which we like. We really felt like staying at home. The place is private and cozy. Very quiet, to relax. It is close to almost everything. Close to Brickell city center, I'd say about 15min drive. Also near 5min drive to Coral Gables, which is a really nice area, and Coconut Grove, also another beautiful area. Overall, we had a really nice stay here and we are happy about it. We'd recommend!

Nice place to stay. Close to anything you need for your daily routine. Close to Coconut Grove, short drive to Brickell and Downtown Miami, Safe and quiet place. Host is always responsive and ready to help.

Excelente casa, tudo limpo e cheiroso. Decoração super aconchegante, espaço equipado e clean. Recomendo demais a estadia.
Reservei tudo no mesmo dia por um imprevisto com a acomodação de outra reserva e o Vicent foi super ágil em me responder e passar todas as coordenadas.

Nice house in a cluster of three rentals, in a quiet neighborhood close to Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.
Newly renovated, confortable and clean interior.
The kitchen is spacious and new, with basic unstensils.
The outside patio (shared) was unkempt and we couldn't make use of it .

This apartment was fantastic! It was beautifully decorated, in great shape, very clean. Everything we hoped for and more! We stayed with our 2 kids and had plenty of space. There's also a small office space to do work (it's a bit echo-y so plan to use headphones). Unfortunately, it was raining every day so we didn't get to use the outdoor space. Vincent was incredibly responsive and attentive without being nosy. The neighborhood is residential so even though businesses are nearby, they're far enough that you have to drive most places. Would happily rent again!

Positive:
Cute and cozy place. Location for us was perfect.
Negative:
The beds are very uncomfortable, the fact that they are sitting on the floor makes it difficult to get out of them. Needs more comfortable sitting due to chairs cute but not usable.
