I had an excellent stay at this apartment in North Bay Village. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the balcony with a stunning view . It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend this apartment.

I very much enjoyed my one month stay at Vincent’s place, having my morning coffee in the balcony and watching the lovely sunsets in the evening. The bottle of wine that awaited me on arrival was a very nice touch. Unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance, otherwise a fantastic stay.

;It was a little difficult to locate as you have to turn into another property but once in you can understand as it’s right on the water. I was able to rest as it was quiet. Vincent was very responsive when I had a concern. Would stay again in the future.

una muy buena estadía, departamento muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso, personal del edificio muy gentil y atentos a cualquier duda.
Todo lo que se ofrece está a disposición de los huéspedes, las fotos muestran la realidad. Su anfitrión atento y rápido en sus respuestas. Volvería sin lugar a dudas. gracias por hacernos la estadía tan grata.

It was clean and easy to locate. Host response on time and always in close communication.

Beautiful bay view, room condition looks new and cute; host responds fast, nice staff; location close to busy main street with heavy noise if you stay in the lower level unit with windows / balcony door open.
