It was great staying at Caroline’s place! Location is amazing and was so easy to have our whole family of 5 including our baby. She was very responsive and extremely helpful for anything we needed before and during our trip.

Wow! What an amazing space in the heart of the (very) walkable and super cool Wynwood district in Miami. The location is fantastic, with lots of great places to eat, parks, murals and plenty of people watching in a very central locale where you can easily get to everything Miami has to offer. The space itself was very well equipped and spacious. My kids loved the arcade games and the cool retro/industrial vibe. The beds were very comfy and the space was very quiet despite being in a very busy area. The somewhat heated pool was a nice diversion for the kids after a long day of walking around. Our host, Catherine, was extremely helpful and responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Overall I would recommend this space to any family looking to enjoy Miami and would absolutely stay here again!

Can we just permanently move in? What a fantastic stay!!!;
It’s safe, private, incredibly well located while just the right distance from all the hot spots in Miami without having to deal with gridlock or crowds.

Great location, good amenities to cook at home, so much space for 4 adults to live, gym and pool were enjoyed, 3 bathrooms were great. Overall highly recommend this accommodation. Only issue we had was with the air conditioning which did fail us and take a while to reset. Thanks for having us Caroline

My Friends & I stated at Carolines listing for my 21 birthday. It was located near amazing restaurant and shopping centers. There a market & a liquor store within walking distance, just in case you need a bottle of wine. We also gifted a bottle of wine during are stay. It was extremely clean and there was amazing amenities. I would 10 out of 10 recommend

This place was so lovely! Just like the pictures, and believe it or not, the roll-out bed was super comfortable. The place is within walking distance of so many restaurants and shopping stores! Beautiful view, and the pool was nice. Caroline was super responsive. She responded within minutes a message was sent to her. I am so appreciative of that! My friends and I are definitely looking to stay here again! Thank you, Caroline!

The place is beautiful with a beautiful view and spacious. Unfortunately the building staff was very rude at the front desk. The building also charges 20$ to hold a carry on if you arrive before check in and wish to keep it in the lobby which was not mentioned by host when asking about storing luggage ahead of time. To no fault of the host, there was flooding the the unit next to it which entered this unit early morning which lead us to slip and fall in the hallway. The building staff took care of it immediately and the host responded in a timely manner! The queen bed in the bedroom has loud springs in the mattress which are very loud when changing positions making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The other mattresses were very comfortable!

Great place close to everything well worth the stay. Would stay again for sure matches description perfectly. There are a lot of pre checkin processes and screening but that also makes the space feel safer knowing there is a watch on who comes and goes.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit was beautiful, clean, and in such a great location. I would definitely book again.
Only surprise was the per person building fee of $50. Wish that cost had just been rolled up into the overall payment.

The apartment is spacious and was great for our large group! Be advised that the rollaway bed and couch came with sheets but no blankets.

Loved it. As promised, great neighborhood, easy walk to Wynwood.
Only negative is pretty minor - the ad said $35 per person at check in (to the building), but it was $50 and the service didn’t respond to my text asking for a refund.

Great location and the facility is very clean. Checking out with a car is a little more involved with leaving the key in the room at the same time needing to leave the garage and needing the key the exit.

Celebrated my 30th birthday with friends and this place was exactly what I was looking for. Very spacious and clean. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops that were within walkable distance. Caroline was always checking in and very responsive! Can’t wait to be back!

LOVED this airbnb. I spent my birthday here with 4 of my friends and it was the perfect home base for III points festival. When we stayed home, we hung out by the pool or our private balconies. We also enjoyed playing the free arcade games in the living room! So unique.
Again, the location was super convenient. We mostly walked everywhere, the only time we took Ubers was to go to South Beach. The host was extremely responsive and promptly answered any questions I had about the check in/check out process.
Only category I gave 4 stars in was check in because it was kind of annoying we each had to pay an additional $35 upon arrival. Its listed in their airbnb listing, but I wish that it was just included in the airbnb price so we don’t have to deal with paying anything at arrival.
Otherwise, awesome stay! Would book this all over again!

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights. This condo / town home was the perfect place to stay!
Inside: The town home is extremely well equiped from kitchens and bathrooms to board games, and a couple of full sized aracdes. It is so spacious that we could hang out all together or we could enjoy some personal time each of us in a different place. The views are also amazing 😉
Building Amenities:
The front desk / security is 24 hours and they are so friendly and helpful. Even though there is a building charge we had to pay when we arrived, it was more than worth it. All the building amenities were included: parking, pool, BBQ area (with bbq tools), a well equipped gym and even a ping pong table (racquet and balls available at the front desk).
Area:
We couldn't ask for more! There are all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs, parks, Trader Joe's just downstairs. All within a block or two.
Winwood and the design district are also within walking distance although we chose to drive.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with this place. My family will definitely return!
