The place was very clean and exactly as pictured. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Unit was equipped with everything you could need. Location is right by a shopping center with a Publix, Ross, and many other stores which is very convenient and walkable. Would definitely stay here again. Had an issue with the batteries dying in the smart lock so we were locked out on our final night but were able to get back in after about an hour thanks to quick responses. Received clear communications and instructions throughout the stay.

Vincent was very prompt in all my enquires. He was extremely efficient in sending a maintenance personnel to address our concern. We will definitely stay at his place again. The location was peaceful and was very close to grocery stores, pharmacy & lots of restaurants. Miami was within easy distance. We really liked the decor and the apartment is well decorated and equipped,

Vincent’s place was super clean and convenient for our holiday trip to visit family. Location felt safe and walkable for some stores. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. Will definitely come back for future visits.

The home was clean and the beds and furniture were clean, up to date and very comfortable. I especially loved the blanket on the couch because I am always cold with AC! We felt safe, the neighborhood seemed well taken care of, and we were close enough to all the things there are to do in the Miami area. The parking was right next to the front door, which was lovely! The amenities were sufficient with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towel, towels, pillows, etc. We never needed anything because it was all provided! The hair dryer worked well...it is always nice to not have to pack a hair dryer! The host was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here and will do so again the next time we visit Miami.

The place had everything needed. I didn't pay attention to the fact that it was a 2 story. So my daughter, who has knee issues, struggled a bit.
It is very conveniently located and has ample parking.

Vincent’s place was absolutely perfect. My boyfriend and I traveled to FL for a medical procedure and I couldn’t have found a better place to stay for the week and a half we were there. We felt right at home and loved all the decor. Vincent’s Airbnb was clean and had all the amenities you would need for a long stay. We loved how big, cozy, and comfortable the couch was along with the TV for us to binge watch our favorite shows. The abundance of pillows was cherry on top. There are 2 assigned parking spaces right outside the door if you have a car which was super convenient. Any questions and issues we had were answered and taken care of right away. I already plan to stay at any of Vincent’s Airbnbs next time I am in the area. 10/10 host and stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice efficiency apt with a Buddha decor. No face bath cloths, bring your own, we had to buy some close by, also no kitchen wash rags or drying towels. We have generally found these in most rentals??
Otherwise a very nice stay and super Host.

We were visiting family over the holidays in nearby Palmetto Bay and couldn't have asked for a more convenient place to stay. The kitchen is pristine and is so well stocked it even has an air fryer! AC worked well, easy to use the TVs, bathrooms were clean and lovely -- everything we could have asked for. Thanks for having us!

Vincent’s place was a great value in the Miami area. The location suited our needs because we were going to Miami, the airboats in the Everglades, Biscayne National Park, Big Cypress, and Key Largo, so it was centrally located for us. The beds were great, no wobbles or sags. The kitchen was well stocked with containers, dishes, etc. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, close to a grocery store. I would stay here again if in the area.

This place has everything that you need and more. Very well furnished. It was extremely clean, new, cozy and surprisingly quiet given it’s a townhome with other units attached to it. Grocery stores are walking distance, and very convenient. I really felt at home. Thank you!

Every now and then a gem is found. This property was exactly that. The attention to detail was visible throughout the space. Communication was on point. Prime location near food and shopping. Comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I will most definitely be back!!
