This 2 bed, 2.5 bath home was ideal for our family of four. It was nestled in a local community in Cutler Bay near all the places we were visiting. I would not stay here if I’m going to South Beach or Brickell, but it was ideal to visit Kendall, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay and southern points. The kitchen was small, but it was perfect for keeping and prepping lunches to go. The full-size washer and dryer was a great addition. Neighbors were friendly.

We stayed here for a week to be close to family. This property was just as described in the listing. Close to loads of stores and restaurants. Loved it! Would definitely recommend this property!

Vincent’s place is perfect for our needs. My sister lives just 2 door down so it’s a perfect location for us to come and visit. thisnis the second time we have rented this townhouse. I’m sure it will not be the last!!!

una excelente estadía Vincent fue muy amable y atento en todo el proceso, nos ayudó desde el principio hasta el fin de la estadía, la casa tal y como sale en las imágenes y todo excelente.
muy recomendable tanto la casa como vincent que se porto a la altura.
el acceso fue muy fácil de llegar y lo recomiendo al 100%.

We loved staying here! The place was very clean and comfortable, and Vincent was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Side note, the neighbor was lovely and we enjoyed chatting with her on our way out a few times!

The place is exactly how it looks in the photos. Townhouse but very cozy and comfortable for three adults. More space with the couch as well Very clean. There is a guide available that helps with instructions and information for the property. Host is a very helpful good communicator and responsive. Two parking spots are available which also great for traveling families.

Vincent's place was perfect for our needs. everything is brand new as I believe we were the first guest to occupancy his beautifully furnished townhouse. 5 stars all around!!!
