Overall a great airbnb for the location and price

Great place near everything. Quiet enough from the bars and clubs and steps from the beach. Just a couple things to touch on though. The AC unit worked well but had a funky smell, the filter looked like it needed a dusting or deep clean with lots of build up. Also lots of hairs and stains on things like towels, bed sheets/pillows, bathroom sinks, and shower. Not a big deal for me but might be for others . From the top balcony the views were great but the hot tub jets don’t work fyi and the tubs a little dirty. Still a great spot to hang out up on . Vincent as a host was a great and was very responsive. The place looks just as it does in the photos .

Without question, Vincent was one of the most responsive and excellent hosts I have had the privilege to rent from. He was amazingly responsive, friendly, and helpful. If there were 6 stars I would ward it to this property.

My husband and I stayed at Vincent’s house to celebrate an anniversary and we couldn’t have been more happier with where we were! We were in walking distance of the beach, great food, plenty of restaurants, good drinks, and good vibes. The condo building had a pool and hot tub we were able to enjoy as well! The condo looked just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! Being able to see the beach and palm trees right from the window/balcony was a treat as well. Overall a great home in a great location.

Great room overlooking a park in south beach with partial ocean views. The room has a balcony and a rooftop above. The rooftop has a private hot tub. The room has a nice king bed. Vincent was very responsive and a great host. The location is great and is close to the beach and tons of restaurants.

Upon arrival I did not receive a code to get into the unit so I had to call , but I was able to get it with no problems. One night while leaving out the lock started beeping red and when entering my unique code it would not open. I reached out to the host and got an immediate response. They notified the property manager who reached out to me and got it fixed asap. Overall this place is great, exactly like the pictures and is in a great location. We got a rental although we never really had to drive because everything was in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
