This is one of my favorite Airbnbs…my second stay. Great location…walking distance to the design district, wynwood, amazing restaurants, and activities. Vincent is polite and quick to respond, providing local recommendations. His home is clean, the kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Most importantly, the space is cozy with beautiful decor. I highly recommend.

My first time in Miami, and Vincent’s place was truly the most peaceful and pleasant spot to come home to. The hot tub was a huge plus, and the home was clean and centrally located to everything. I avoided downtown Miami at all times because of the traffic, so this place ended up being the perfect location for us.

This was one of the best airbnbs I had stayed in! It had everything to cook, which is a must for me when I’m traveling. It was walkable to the design district, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms practical, there were great books and it was beautifully designed! Thank you so much for a great stay!

My stay here was perfect. The house looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, and the backyard area was private. Vincent checked in a few times to see if anything was needed, which was also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, modern, and everything felt brand new. Great location—about 20 minutes to anywhere in Miami. Everything was super nice, had everything we needed. Perfect stay.

Great property, very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only thing to note is the AC—the rooms didn’t get as cool as expected (there’s a fan, but I prefer sleeping cooler). Overall, a good experience.

We had a great stay at Vincent’s place. It was just as described, pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, minimalistic and spacious. The outside is a private oasis, very secluded and you can’t see the neighbors from within the property. We didn’t use the hot tub because it was so hot outside already but it was clean and inviting. Will certainly book with Vincent and this property again!

Vincent’s place was perfect for our trip. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed. The home was spacious, spotless, and had a fresh, welcoming feel. The AC worked amazingly well, which was a huge plus during the warmer days. We also really appreciated the private driveway with space for two cars. Would absolutely stay again.
+2 stars for the bonus goodie bag with treats and popcorn!!!

From the moment we arrived, Vincent went above and beyond to make our stay was unforgettable. His communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely warm – we felt welcome before we even stepped through the door.
But what truly sets this stay apart is Vincent’s hospitality. He checked in to make sure we were comfortable, offered help whenever we needed it, and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. Hosts with Vincent’s level of character are hard to come by—his thoughtful attention to detail and sincere care truly set the experience apart.
The space itself was immaculate – beautifully decorated, thoughtfully arranged, and stocked with every little amenity you could hope for.
We’re already planning our return trip to Miami – and without a doubt, we’ll be booking another stay here. It’s rare to find a place (and a host) this exceptional.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and it was truly a five-star experience! The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi situated under a beautiful mango tree. One afternoon, while I was relaxing, a ripe mango fell right beside me. I couldn't resist trying it, and it was the sweetest mango I've ever had!
The location was perfect making it easy to explore the area. To top it all off, the ambiance was enhanced by lovely scented candles throughout the space, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
This stay was not just about the amenities; it was an experience that I will cherish. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

We enjoyed staying at Vincent's place which was located in a quiet neighborhood near the Design District. There was an excellent coffee house nearby and getting to Miami Beach only took 10-15 minutes. And the hot tub was fantastic! Our one little concern was that the dining room and kitchen area was sunken in and the tile flowed continuously between the two spaces so we kept tripping on the little step down into the kitchen area. Otherwise, we fully enjoyed the house, deck and location.

Vincent’s home was so beautiful and extremely clean. All the furnitures and beddings were so comfy. I love the workout room with the weights and yoga mat. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely book again next time we are in Miami.

Loved this home! Very well taken care of, full of amenities needed for our stay. The neighborhood was walking distance to some very nice restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here agaiN!

I was so pleased to see the place looking like it did in the photos. The space was great and kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary supplies. If I had to choose a negative, the conditioner was the same as shampoo. Other than that, everything was pristine!! Thank you!!

Ich wünschte mir ich hätte noch mehr Zeit im Airbnb verbringen können. Ich war sehr zufrieden wie Central wir wahren und wie freundlich und ruhig die gegen auch war. Ich bin ganz bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal hier.
